    the selection is okay. but ill say this, if you have question for anyone there, good luck! The people are absolutely useless. they know about what is written on the tag, but any useful info you need in addition and you're better asking a 4 year old. The worst part, they usually do have the best buy! I just hate going in there ans expecting good service. Even when you know what you want, you have to wait for hours for a sales person to show their face!

    So 2 days ago on Thursday I went to buy a portable air conditioner with my girlfriend because of the heat wave, a guy named Harry who was pretty cool helped us, When I heard how much the air conditioner was he told me there's an open box one which would cost less and he could knock off an additional 50 dollars, I asked him why it was returned he said sometimes people return it for a bigger or smaller air conditioner. I asked him if it was working properly and if everything was in there he said yes. I asked him if it was easy to install the exhaust thing that connected to the window he said with the questions you're asking you can do it. I checked out and called a cab but told them we had a portable air conditioner, they said they wouldn't take us\n\nSo yesterday I got my air conditioner to my surprise only the air conditioner was there, not the exhaust thing, no remote, no plastic wall thing that connects to the exhaust for the window. \n\nI called them and explained I received an air conditioner that is now pumping hot air and cold air into the room because it is missing parts. \n\nThe lady on the phone said ""You can come into the store to purchase the missing parts,"" \n\nI told her I was made aware all the parts are there and it was in working condition why should I come back out to pay more money\n\nShe then said no one would tell me anything like that because they wouldn't know. They are just responsible to make sure the item is working correctly and sometimes screws are missing and they weren't responsible for it. and when i buy a used Item I am taking that risk\n\nI told them your receipt clearly says can not return items with missing parts such as wires or whatever \n\nshe then said it isn't a wire sir. we are currently out of the exhaust you can go to home depot to buy one.\n\nI said this is total bull I was told all the parts were there and the unit was in perfect working order let me speak to your manager\n\nshe then said she is the manager. \n\nI said well i don't want it anymore then cause this is total bull\n\nShe then said I can bring it back to the store cause they don;t do pick ups\n\nI said I can't bring it back the cabbie wouldn't even pick me up yesterday and I have no car thats why i got it delivered, I can't carry it all the way there\n\nShe then said then you have to make a way. Once it's delivered it's your responsibility not the companies.\n\nI said how am i going to get it to your store if I had it delivered obviously I can't get it to your store\n\nShe then changed her story and said if they come pick it up they'll charge me an additional 70 something dollars. \n\nI was like WHAT????? \n\nFortunately the phone disconnected and then I got someone who was willing to help and I told her the story she said I don't know who would tell you that we get consumer ratings, she then offered me a cab number that customers usually get stuff delivered and told me it wasn't my fault, they should have checked carefully. I can come in the store and get a new one.\n\nI got a brand new air conditioner for the price of a used one, but the helplessness the other girl made this consumer feel is disgusting\n\nI said since I am paying for a cab and there's a cab waiting for me if she can knock off the delivery fee, she said I wish I could but once it's delivered and you signed there's nothing she could do about it, if they were running late and I wanted to cancel it was a different story, the helpful lady's name was Afshen i don't know who the hoodrat was the phone disconnected\n
