As a former professional athlete I know the importance of massage and I choose to go there because its the best massage at any price. I've paid triple the amount and never had better. I've been worked on by Michael, Marie, Lou-Ann? once, and the owner Maureen. I don't normally write reviews but after my husband showed me a negative review about this place, "Hey Janet don't you go here?", I decided to share my experience. Especially since small women-owned businesses are so rare.
Maybe the negative reviewer was looking for more sweety-customer-talk or owner bending-over-backwards, IDK and I'm not a girly-girl so that's not my thing. What I do know is that any gift certificate from there that I've ever received (thanks Honey!) or purchased has the expiration date and type of massage ON the certificate and very little else. IDK how somehow could get confused and make an appointment for the wrong massage - and to those people that aren't going to use a certificate within 6 months - give it to me! I'll use it.
So... on my last visit I tried to get the owner to tell me who wrote the negative review but she wouldn't budge. No matter bc, if the length of her review is any indication, I know who that chatty cathy is.
All in all; Great massages, by really knowledgeable therapists, in a clean, friendly place with plenty of parking.
Oh and the best thing is the appointment times are exact! You schedule your appt. time and that's YOUR time, so you don't have to worry about scheduling a 3 O'clock and getting seen at 3:15 or 3:30.

Most of the massage therapists are wonderful (Marie, Mike, Angelika), but owner is rude and condescending. Puts six month limits on gift certificates, limits which therapists are available to use for certificates (to essentially herself), and gives no prior notice of these terms. Hangs up on customers and is extremely defensive to any criticism, including merely commenting that a room was a bit chilly. Owner also has dogs on the premises and brings them into treatment rooms to stay during massage without asking for clients' permission. I'm a dog lover, but that's a bit presumptuous. Not recommended if you suffer from dog allergies!

I had a massage this afternoon and it was the best I've ever had. It was extremely relaxing and I feel better than I have in a while, my back and neck feel great. I will definitely be going back and have already recommended to friends. It's also cheaper than other places I've gone but the massage was much better.

Why everyone is not going to Simply Massage is beyond me! It is a quality massage without the fancy bathrobe! Your not wearing your robe st those fancy places for that long anyway! There are heated beds, nice people, relaxing music, and you leave relaxed and knots free!! Oh yea...and it's $50 for an hour!! Enough said!!

It began on a friend's recommendation to have my neck worked on to relieve neck pain and headaches I had suffered with for over a year as the result of a sloppy post surgical procedure to remove a small shunt from where my gall bladder had been. My neck was stretched and disjointed.

Five minutes or so is all it took for their massage therapist Sharon to get rid of the pain. I'm sold. Had my first hour appointment today. It hurt a bit at first. I feel great now. No pain. Much more flexibility. Not bad for a near 60 year old with the beginnings of arthritis.

You'll see e again soon. Thanks

I paid for 60 minutes and barley got 40 minutes don't be fooled by the cheep prices. And trust me this was not a one time deal... Also, they have a tacky sign at the front desk asking for tips. If you need to ask for a tip -then you know you are doing something wrong.

Best place all around! The price of $49.50 for a 1 Hour Massage made it affordable for me. I now come every 2 weeks for the quality. I have tried different therapists and have been very happy with the focus and attention they all give to the massage. I have had back pain for years and their massage techniques have helped me tremendously. I feel great!
You don't no what your missing. Go and bring your friend because you will be recommending them.

I like going to this place for physical therapy because you are not treated like some generic patient. They care about you as a person, and they take the time to show it. I have been to 10 OTHER physical therapy places in my life for many different reasons (4 surgeries, 6 injuries) and by far this is the only place that I ever enjoyed coming to. In most places they set you up at a table and say something like "do what you did last time" and then they walk away.....how do they know that you are doing the exercises correctly and not further injuring yourself? -The answer is, they don't. You are usually in some huge room with 3-4 therapists and 25 patients....NOT at this place. First it is a small place, and that is a benefit, you can't possibly have that many people in there at once, so therefore you get more individualized attention. They take the time to work with you - no matter what the reason you're there. I get massage therapy for my surgery as well as physical therapy and both services are top notch.

I have just found out that I may need some long term therapy for a separate condition and I have already chosen to have that therapy here - and I have never gone back to the same facility twice, as I am always in search of something better...this time I found it.

PROS: Individualized Attention
CONS: There's not more places like it.....
