Pros: clean, good area, safe

Cons: door bell at night, desk staff, elevator

This is a charming place to stay. The staff is friendly and accomodating. The rooms are clean and "good enough". Anyone who has spent time in NYC knows that small is the standard. The shared bathrooms are clean and not an inconvenience.

A nice and small hotel in a great location.

You won't feel the "weight" of shared bath because they're constantly clean and you have 4 of them on each floor !

Just be prepared to small beds..
