Hands down best place to buy tiles in NYC - great selection and superior service. the store is organized as a case in point with many different tiles laid down everyone. you will find traditional to completely funky and modern. great sales too and prices are reasonable, especially considering the quality and selection. GO!

Most most absolutely positively best place in the world (well at least Manhattan) to get the the funkiest, original and out there tiles for your home projects. Kitchen. Living room. Dungeon. Whatever. This is the place to go. The designs are better to look at than what you find in most museums nowadays. Very sweet staff too.

This is the retail version of tile hell.

I come in, no other customers. But every question is ignored by the female family type (owner?). Continue to try to ask questions about various widths of slate but she avoids questions like the plague. I proceed to try to buy a more expensive tile...to no avail. (A nonfamily sales clerk tries to save this woman from retail disaster, but can't). She sends me "around the corner" to her "wholesaler" which is really the contractor purchase site (so read the other review of the other Bella.)
If you have alot of money, my sense is that they will like you a lot. And that is why these retail morons are still in business! There are a lot of morons w/money in NYC! But more importantly, it is Dec. 23. Put it together.
Pros: Nice displays
Cons: Nasty owners; solicitous of $1 Million condo owners.
