Optical extroadinare! 5 Star Rating - World class

20/20 is the best! The opticians Michael and Michael are adorable! I have never had a problem with any of my frames even with my difficult perscription!!! Selection and prices at 20/20 are also great. I would highly recommend 20/20 to anyone!

Pros: great frame selection and great service
Cons: call ahead for dr.'s appointments! She's popular!

BUYER BEWARE!!! 1 Star Rating - Unsatisfactory

These people are crazy! I came in here a couple of months ago and spend over $900 bucks on a pair of Oliver Peoples frames with some fancy progressive lenses. (I got ripped off!) When I called to check on my glasses the guy on the phone was blah and indifferent. "hey dude I just spent $900 buck. be a little more friendly". Anyway, I pick up my glasses and I'm having difficulty getting used it these things. I was told that I'll get used it and that it'll take some time. 4 weeks later and I'm still not used it. I go back to resolve this issue and I get nothing but hassles. Finally I just wanted my money back. Guess what? NO REFUNDS. STORE CREDIT ONLY. That's just BS. People, if you can avoid this place, DO!
