Hoselton Toyota

Salesperson Steve Schaefer promised on us July 23rd, 2009 a Blue Sienna minivan the following week. My wife asked him point blank about the promise of the van. He said Nina always trades with other dealers and never gets denied. We sold our vehicle. The next week he said he was not able to obtain it from one of the 3 dealers they were going to trade with. We gave him 3 more colors and was still not able to obtain one. We took off options and finally told us it would be 2-3 weeks. We then requested a loaner vehicle. He checked with manager and was told no. Then we compromised and said we would split the cost and again was denied. Eventually, they just wanted to give our deposit back but then we would have to start from square one. Steve also left a message on our phone saying he never promised us the vehicle on July 23rd. Never buy a vehicle from this dealership no matter what the price is. They do not stand behind their salespeople. We may be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I am a pharmacy manager with a Fortune 100 company and have been told by my boss to do whatever it takes, even losing the company money to make sure every patient is satisfied. Hoselton Toyota could care less.

We bought a Highlander a few years ago form Hoselton. Their service department has been excellent. We have felt comfortable with their recommendations for service. They treated us fairly.
