Uliana's Hair Studio is truly a haven. The atmosphere is very inviting, warm, and relaxing. Uliana takes her time,will work with you and will not try to talk you into a contemporary style that is not suited for your features. Although she does have products available, she does not try to promote them. In fact, she did not use much product on my hair at all---she respected my wishes not to use any of these.
Unlike many hairstylists, she does not insist that you schedule a follow-up apppointment in order to maintain the hair style.
I have found the perfect sylist.

The salon looks and feels like a warm, inviting living room and the vibe matches the decor. I highly recommend Uliana for both cuts and color. I often get compliments on my hair color from people who have no idea it's been colored, and the system she uses leaves my hair healthy and shiny. Uliana will respect your wishes regarding a cut - for years, she wanted to cut my hair shorter, yet didn't push me into more than the trim I requested. (When I finally gave her the green light to take off as much as she thought was best, she did a happy dance and gave me a great cut.)

Uliana "got" just what I need, because clearly she has cut thousands of heads of hair.

Once we established we were on the same page, which was was conveyed in short-hand, due to her experience and easy style of communication, she gave me a cut that no one rivals. Further, she understood when I said my hair grows really fast, and gave me a cut that lasted longer than any cut I've ever had.

Uliana has uber-confidence in her abilities, enough to put you at ease, front-and-center, go about her job quietly and quickly, while having a nice chat with you.

This time, on my second cut, I got to have her puppy sit on my lap, an added bonus to the visit (I love animals).

As a guy who had long hair for the last 12 years of his life, haircuts were never a priority for me. Since cutting it off last year, thats changed. My first place for a haircut (for my wedding) was with Uliana, based on a friends referral. I loved everything about the place immediately. The atmosphere, the easy to get to location, and of course, Uliana, who is the nicest person to chat with while getting your cut.
She really makes sure that you're both on the same page about what you want your hair to look like, as well as what is the look thats right for your hair type, face, etc.
Recently, I had to get a haircut at another location and I really saw the difference. The haircut was fine, not great, but ok. It was mostly done with a razor, which is not what I'm used to with Uliana, but the hairdresser seemed proficient with them, so I didnt mind. My immediate issue was that I had a "just cut" look to my hair, which, again, I never get with Uliana, but more importantly, it just didnt grow out the same way. Uliana's haircuts grow out even better then when you first leave the studio.
Honestly, I cant say enough great things about this place. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who asks. The price is great for the level of service you get here and it's a great experience every time in my opinion.

I have extremely curly hair which has always been a challenge to cut and style. I found Uliana on Citysearch and have been going to her ever since. She is a warm and caring person who is also one of the best hairstylists I have experienced. She is very skilled and professional, but also someone who listens to you and puts you at ease at once. Her staff is also very warm and helpful and the atmosphere is very relaxing. It's like dropping by a friend's house (who happens to cut your hair!). I highly recommend her.

Uliana does a fantastic job with men's haircuts. She listens to what YOU want, and then creates something wonderful. She worked with my natural hair growth to create a great-looking low-maintenance style. I drive 50 miles to get there, and it's well worth the effort.

Uliana is the best colorist in town. I have been going to her for years, and she always gets it right. As a model, I had my hair dyed for jobs. It really took a toll on the health of my hair. After each job, she was able to get my hair back to a healthy, shiny, rich brown. Now I am a red head, and my hair is perfectly even in color from root to tip.... Any professional stylist knows that this is near to impossible when long hair has been dyed many times, especially by many different people.. She is truly the best and I wouldn't trust anyone else.

Every time it's time for a hair cut I am happy because I can go to Uliana's hair studio. Uliana gives great cuts ( I have long curly hair and I have tried so many 'bad' hairdressers). I love the color she gives me (everybody thinks I am a natural red head although I am blond). The atmosphere is so relaxed and cozy and we always laugh so much. The best part is that the prices are really good. Thumbs up!

whether your hair is dark and curly, blond and straight, short or long, Uliana knows what to do with it. Seriously, she has been cutting my hair for years. She has taken care of many of my friends, and everyone is always happy. I've had pixie cuts, bobs and long curly locks. Uliana gives cuts worth way more that what she charges for them. The atmosphere is warm and familiar. You can't go wrong here.

I am a professional musician and hired Uliana to give me a complete makeover. I heard from many about her experience in the entertainment business. She not only made my hair and make-up look incredible, but my wardrobe too. I looked like a new person and the transformation was amazing! Whether you are looking for a whole new look or just coming in for a haircut and color, Uliana has fair prices and the atmosphere at her studio is laid-back and non-pretentious (which is surprising for the level of care and knowledge you get from her and her staff). Another reason I am glad I live in the New York City area! A++!!!

I have found the haircutter I have been looking for a very long time. I used City Search to find Uliana (thank you all who wrote the prior reviews) and had my first cut with her yesterday. She was ready for me on-time, has a very cool place, very peaceful, very comfortable. I was warmly greeted and offered a cup of tea. The music was great, and the overall vibe very nice. Uliana started by asking what I was looking for!!!! Imagine that! Immediately I felt she strived to understand what I was looking for, not what she had in mind. The results? the best haircut I've had in a long time. And reasonable on top of all that.

Uliana is the best hairstylist I have ever had. Hands down. I have dark brown hair with blond highlights it, and from the very first time she worked on it, she got it exactly right--very natural, no stripes, just soft color that really complements my face. Uliana is one of those rare stylists who just really can look at your hair, understand what you want from it and make it look its best. I imagine it's a skill that comes partly from years of experience and partly some intuitive sense all her own. She happens to be a lot of fun, too, but I'd go to her even if she wasn't because she's just that good!

Uliana was (and still is) the best thing that ever happened to my hair. When my hairdresser left NYC I was in desperate need of someone new. I picked a friend who I felt had amazing hair and asked her who she used. She swore by Uliana. Not only have I NEVER been disappointed in my haircut or my highlights, but hte overall atmosphere worth going for. It's a very chill environment, no attitude and no drama. I never have to worry about how it will turn out, I'm usually buried in a magazine or daydreaming because I know that she can be trusted and her work always surpasses my expectations. I would recommend Uliana without the slightest hesitation... she really is THAT good.

I started going to Uliana after admiring a friend's sophisticated, subtle hair color. Uliana's lovely - and her process is fast enough that you don't have to take a day off from work. In fact, you could virtually do it doing lunch. No hype - just great color, cuts, and service. Highest marks.

I am a hair magazine editor and have gone to some of the "best", most expensive and tony hair salons in the city as part of my job. But Uliana beats them all! I have very thick, wavy, frizz-prone hair and Uliana always makes it look beautiful. She listens to me and works with me if I'm in the mood for a change, but will tell me if something won't work, all without attitude. Not only does she give beautiful cuts, her haircolor is awesome! I always get compliments and it stays fresh and shiny till my next visit. Oh, and her prices are very reasonable. Everyone's warm and friendly, from the staff to the clientele. I also love the fact that you won't be there for hours, even if you're having multiple services done--she's fast yet always professional and thorough. It's definitely one of the East Village's best-kept beauty secrets!

I have been going to see Uliana since the late 90s and in that time she has ushered me through many looks-long, short, bobs, and my color phases...usually varying shades of red. Not only does she cut my hair in such a way that when it grows out, it grows into different styles, she lets me know easy ways to maintain it that don't require a ton of product. I have recommended several of my friends to her, especially for her color expertise, and every single one of them has thanked me for the recommendation and stayed her client.

You can't choose anyone better to be your hairstylist--oh and did I mention her prices are quite reasonable as well!

For many years, being...folically challenged I often left salons with confidence shattered or ends breaking off! I was introduced to Uliana a cool decade ago and I would walk barefoot across the country to get to her if need be. She is that great combination of artist and consumate expert in color, style and cuts. I can not say enough good things about my continued experiences there. Go yourself and you will see. It's a treat and a relief from all the problems that someone with thin, fragile hair so often suffers. And I don't even have to talk about the great heads of hair that come through those doors either!

Today was my first time getting cut by Uliana. I went on a friend's recommendation, as my usual stylist is on vacation for the entire summer. I couldn't be happier with the experience and with my hair right now! She trimmed the exact amount so that it would be healthy but yet not any shorter than we discussed. I styled it myself when I got home and it looks so much better than my best cut at my old salon. I am sold!

It was so relaxing to get a haircut outside the usual frenetic, loud music, people rushing around, everyone checking everyone else out situation I'm used to at my old salon. We chatted a bit, I petted her adorable, sweet dog, and my hair looks amazing. Her prices are so reasonable and there was none of the usual pressure to buy any products. All and all--a wonderful experience, I would recommend to all of my friends.

I came to NY four years ago petrified of finding a good salon. Luckily, I was referred to Uliana's, and I have never been happier. She is absolutely beyond compare in her knowledge and use of color. I am naturally a brunette, but have been red for almost a decade now. Uliana is the ONLY person who can achieve the crazy red colors that I come up with, and always takes a lot of time to really listen to me and what I'm asking her for. The atmosphere is always relaxed and friendly, and so is her service. At this point I feel as though I'm visiting a friend every time I see her. She is also always very honest with people about what they want. If she really doesn't think that the results are going to be what the client wants, she'll discuss it. She'll always warn you, too, if what you want is going to require a lot of maintenance so that you don't feel cheated down the line if it isn't the same a week out of the salon. AND, since going to her I have seen my fair share of "famous" people in her chair, yet she always keeps her prices very reasonable and fair (Far below what most NY salons would charge for such expert service!!). I cannot say enough about her and hope that more people discover how wonderful she is!

I happened to be at Uliana's getting a color/cut when kab_ny (the previous reviewer) was at the salon. The other customers and I were appalled at her behavior. She insisted that Uliana speak to a friend of hers (who is not a haircutter) over the phone to explain what she wanted "fixed" (who DOES that??). Uliana very patiently explained what her hair would do if she took out another chunk here, cut another piece there, but this customer was just impossible and unreasonable. Uliana is a hair professional. Many artists and musicians go to her salon and she is always lovely and accomodating. NOTHING Uliana explained to this customer seemed to satisfy her, and after a while Uliana told her that it was not possible to work this way and quite correctly and politely refunded this customer's money. I have been going to Uliana's salon for cut/color/highlights for several years and have always been satisfied, and she has always treated me, and all of her customers, with kindness and respect.

I was looking for a new stylist, so after reading the other reviews I was so excited to go to Uliana's. She gave me a cut and added a new color. At first the cut did not work for me and I was a most unhappy camper for some time. I went back hoping to make some refinements and we just were not able to communicate and I left dissatisfied. So I waited and let it grow so I could decide what style I wanted next. Now after about 2 months it has grown in and is now a PHENOMENAL cut. With a friend's assistance, I found a way to style this cut that is amazing. I LOVE it now.

Uliana is an amazing stylist. I still don't know how to best communicate what I want, but I am pleased with how it all turned out.

My family and I have been going to Uliana for over 10 years, and all I can say is wow. It is hard to give enough superlatives to going to Uli's, from the environment (comfortable couches, relaxed, none of the attitude or disdain so called high end salons give) and unlike other places they work with you to get the look you want, not as in other places giving you what they think "You need".

I can't say what Uli is better at, her coloring is absolutely first rate and her haircutting skills are beyond compare, every time she has suggested something it turned out to be stunning, to say the least. In terms of haircolor, I don't think you will find anyone at multiples of her price who could do a better job and I guarantee that your hair will be healthier getting it done by Uli, she takes health of hair as serious as the looks (and I have never seen better hair coloring, both based on my own experiences and on people I have sent there)

And it is a total pleasure to visit the shop, as if the expertise in cutting and coloring weren't enough. It actually is fun to go to Uli's, you never know who is there getting a cut and the conversation flows as if everyone is a good friend for life, which isn't surprising because Uli is that kind of person.

And for the icing on the cake, the pricing is very, very reasonable, especially compared to the high end salons that I believe Uli is superior to, and it adds up to a very inviting place to go, highly recommended.

I was tired of hairdressers who let their moodiness and/or egos dictate how my cut and color would come out, hairstylists that are rock starts in their own minds, and people who charge more than a car payment for a cut and color after making you wait an hour or more to sit in their chair.
After doing quite extensive research, I chose Uliana, because people said she's reasonable, a delight to be around an most importantly, a master of her trade.
I couldn't agree more. What a warm, inviting salon with none of the gossipy, loud stylists I had the misfortune of meeting in the past.
She greeted me warmly and was almost psychic in her ability to determine what I wanted/looked best in. The cut and color was EXACTLY what I wanted it to be. She asked the right questions, wanting to know about my hair care routine and didn't reprimand me for not doing much at all in the morning to style my hair, or the fact that I used a DIY color last time around.
Conversely, her salon is also the former residence of Jimi Hendrix. The energy in the space is beautifully calm. Her assistant Amy was excellent. Very attentive but never overbearing. Even her raspberry iced tea was kick-ass and her two toy poodles are adorable. This is the way it should be when you go out to get a service...ENJOYABLE AND RELAXING!!!
I look forward to a very long relationship with her. She's a true professional and just a good soul. A+++

I went to see Uliana on the reccomendation of a friend who is a client.
I was thrilled with the service. The cut was exactly what I asked for - which couldn't have made me happier. The color was what I needed - and she obviously is a better judge as to what would be flattering, rather than what I had been having done.
She fit me in for a weekend appointment, and her staff was also stellar. The attention to detail mad ethe difference.
I will certainly be back!

I have been looking for a hair stylist for a long time, but I have never found the one that I like. I am Asian and have a thick, straight black hair. I want to have a fancy and fun hair style. I went through city search and decided to try Uliana based on the reviews. It turns out, the reviews are right! Uliana is amazing. I got so many complements after I got this hair cut. My neighbor and friends ask me about my hair stylist. Of course, I am happy to tell them about Uliana. She has a gift to design your hair according to your face line. The way she cut the hair is unique and the style is easy to maintain. I can tell you that you will like yourself on the mirror. Not as expensive as New York rate ($100 and up), but you get an amazing hair! Uliana is a brilliant hair stylist.

Until I started going to Uliana's, my curly wavy hair never never looked good the 2nd day or the 2nd month. But AFTER Uliana started cutting my hair (over 13 years ago) I look adorable for months! AND although I stay within the same length, the cuts and styles she does are always inventive, chic, and a different feel and spirit every time. For 13 years! After decades of bad haircuts and worrying about how I look, now I never do.... I adore this place!

Simply the best. Great colorist and stylist. She has given me the best highlights I've ever had. My haircut is fantastic and I truly cannot wait to tell people where I've gotten my hair done. I have curly hair, which tends to trip up most stylists, but Uliana gave me a great cut with layers that really plays them up. She is honest with you about what will work for you and she wants you to look your best walking out of the salon. Great relaxing space to top it all off.

I happened to be at Uliana's the day that KabNY (previous reviewer) was there. I was quite appalled at this particular customer's behavior; she was incredibly difficult, made Uliana get on the phone with a friend of hers (NOT a hairdresser) who was telling Uliana how to cut this customer's hair (who does that??), Uliana patiently was explaining how the customer's hair would behave if she took another chunk out here, another piece there. Uliana treats all her customers with respect and is an amazing hair professional. So many artists and musicians are her clients. All of the other customers in the salon were impressed with the way Uliana handled this difficult person. She correctly refunded her money and politely sent her on her way. As for me, I have NEVER been disappointed with a cut or color treatment. I highly recommend her services.

Uliana is a great hair stylist. I went to her initially because she came highly so recommended by people who depend on having fantastic hair for their careers in fashion or entertainment AND by "regular" people who are really low maintenance about their hair. Hair salons make me nervous, but she is so nice that I feel much more relaxed than usual. She really listens to what I'm saying when I describe what kind of cut I want.

As slightly high maintence blonde, it is not easy switching hair salons or finding someone to make my color look good without being brassy. I asked around to blondes I knew and people who knew blondes. I have been to all the Park Avenue salons and it was not worth the money or time for hair that was so-so or where I was treated as an alien because I didn't have a 10 year relationship or vacation in the Hamptons with them.
I was searching for something more relaxed, less expensive and more comfortable for a regular person. I found it at Uliana's. Someone told me the true test of a good colorist is doing your hair the second time! The first time, you typically need to correct whatever horrors someone else did and the second time, they need to redo and build on what they have done.
Uliana has done a terrific job of getting me lighter in the summer, and darker in the winter. I like the casual vibe, the tiny teacup poodles, and relaxed tone. There is not some high pressure sell for product. Uliana keeps appointments on time and double processing takes a little less than 2 hours each time. I pray she doesn't pick up and move to the country.

So many things to praise at Uliana. Starting with Uli, this woman is a master. Her ability to find the right color and cut regardless of the person is unmatched. I always leave her studio looking fantastic, and I receive compliments on my hair all the time. Uli will carefully understand who you are, what makes you feel glamorous and beautiful and what you are comfortable with and transform that into a hair style that will be perfect. Uliana has an exceptional feel for color, after many frustrating attempts to find anyone in the city doing highlights which go along with the tone of skin, the personality, I am more than happy to have found Uliana by a recommendation of a friend. She chose immediately the right shades for the highlights, it was really fast and professional, which I appreciate, since doing highlights is often such a long procedure. It is a lovely cozy and warm living-room like atmosphere and everybody is unusually friendly. And the price is really good too .....
My husband who is more than special with his hair and usually never allows anyone to cut it at all, happily gets his hair cut by Uliana too now and it looks really great!
We both highly recommend going there!

Uliana has been cutting and coloring my hair for 14 years. Through that time, I've gone from NYC-chic to NJ mom, I've lived in 3 countries and 3 states and I haven't ever let anyone else color my hair. I originally found her as head colorist of a very swank Madison Avenue salon and have followed her to the East Village. I'd follow her anywhere and make a 2 hour pilgrimage every 8 weeks! Uliana is exceptionally talented at her work and a genuinely gracious person, listening thoughtfully to likes and dislikes and tactfully advising. She (and Tarri) make me feel like I'm among friends and do a wonderful job every, single time. Many thanks to them both for making my visits there such a true pleasure and always sending me home feeling like I look great and with a cut and color which easily fit my life.

After jumping around from one glam New York salon to another, six years ago I found Uliana and have never looked back. I've been getting my hair highlighted for 15 years and no one does it better than her--it looks natural, grows out beautifully and the price is right. Uliana is an amazingly talented person! Her coloring is incredible--I have searched high and low for blond highlights that are not too brassy but not too ashy--and she found the magic combination. My cuts are always wonderful as well, and stay beautiful even as they grow out. The cherry on top is the fact that her prices are very affordable--with a cut, full highlights, and a glaze for under $200. I'm in the fashion industry surrounded by $500+ haircuts--but everyone wants to know where I get MY hair done!

I've been going to Uliana for years and recommend her to all my friends. She gives the best haircuts I've ever had - and I'm normally a picky salon-jumper type. I trust her and will try something new whenever she suggests it. She's also warm and kind, so going there is not your typical snooty salon experience. You walk directly in, she usually greets you and then you get all of her attention for the duration of your cut. I've never had to wait and I often get into fun conversations with the other people getting there hair done.

I'd gone to Bumble & Bumble for a decade, but the price of my stylist kept going up and up ($140!) so I decided to try another salon. I feel blessed to have found Uliana! She is wonderfully warm and caring and made me feel instantly comfortable - the whole staff did. I wish I knew the name of the lovely woman who shampooed my hair because she was fabulous, too. The atmosphere is cool and without pretension...like being in your friend's funky apartment. I had waist-length, thick wavy hair when I walked in...the kind that looks best the less you do to it. After discussing with Uliana my lifestyle and the look I was going for, I agreed to cutting off about 8". She cut my hair dry, then it was washed, and then she refined the cut. We left it wet because my hair looks best air-dried. Uliana told me that over the next two weeks if I wanted her to change anything about the cut, just give her a call. She wanted me to be satisfied and happy and it showed. After a minor panic attack when I arrived home (8" is a LOT of hair to lose at once) I washed my hair again (my hat had flattened it out) and when it dried I had s*xy (Citysearch doesn't allow the use of that word), tousle-y hair one could run their fingers through...best hair-cut of my life. The length (about down to where my wings would be in the back if I had them) and style are super flattering to my face shape and bone structure. I am ecstatic with the results and thrilled I went shorter than I initially wanted to. And the price - wow! A bargain! Less than half what I was paying at Bumble & Bumble. Uliana has two precious little dogs and it's cute to see them napping about. I am so happy with my hair cut. Stepping into Uliana's beautiful studio is like falling into a dream.....the energy is so positive and uplifting that you immediately forget about all the worries of the outside world, and just allow yourself be taken care of by this magical and talented artist.
Uliana really listens and takes into consideration your needs and lifestyle and is honest with you about what will look best. Her execution of color is just brilliant: even the most dramatic changes look natural, glowing, and alive.
To watch her work is inspiring. She moves effortlessly along the waves of instinct and joy, doing what she was born to do. I trust her implicitly, and I always leave there feeling good about myself.
I must also mention her wonderful assistant Tari (THE best hair wash in New York), keeping operations moving smoothly and rapidly. Conversation is always relaxed, entertaining, and very fun. And to top it off, if you're lucky one of Uli's two adorable toy poodles will sit on your lap!
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
One last thing, when you're done be sure to visit one of 9th's St. many cool boutiques and buy yourself a cute outfit to go with your fabulous new look.

After searching high and low for a great salon, I can say I have finally found it!! Uliana?s salon is welcoming, attentive, and friendly. Even the customers chatted with one another- a truly great vibe. All this *and* a great hair cut! UIiana listened to my ?hair likes and dislikes?, really looked at the pictures I brought and was genuinely excited to cut my hair. I love passionate people! I felt completely at ease, as she perfectly balanced asking me for my opinion and letting her expertise guide her. My hair looks AMAZING. Uliana is talented and truly caring- a kind, kind soul. It was a great experience from start to finish! I highly recommend this salon, not only for its reasonable prices and highly skilled stylists, but for the relaxing atmosphere. I'm done looking- this is it!!

I have been going to Uliana for 3 years. She is fabulous. I have straight, sometimes lifeless hair and I always leave her salon loving my hair. She somehow makes it full of body and style. I never even think twice about her doing a good job because she always does! She is the best at giving me great layers and my cuts always grow out so nicely. I also recently starting getting some highlights, and in true Uliana form, they are perfect as well...not too blond, just the right pick me up for my dishwater blond hair. Her salon is inviting and comfortable. I am always offered something to drink and great music is always playing in the background.

And now for the best part- she is so affordable especially by NYC standards! I can get my cut and color for under $200. I heart Uliana!!!

Uliana Hair Studio is THE destination for all you girls out there with curly hair. Uliana is the master at styling curly hair. I have had many stylists attempt to cut my curly hair with little or no success. When I finally discovered Uliana I knew there was no other place to go. Not only did the cut complement the shape of my face but she was also able to achieve shine on my curly hair when it was dyed. I would also highly recommend the products that she uses and sells in the studio.

Uliana's is nestled a converted basement apt. Not the kind of place you would think a great hair salon would be. If you want a warm, inviting atmosphere, to meet the owner herself, and feel like you are at home this place is where it is at. They just added a new hair dresser, named DISA. She is a mind reader, and extraordinarily talented at her game. This unassuming place is relaxing and full of life as well as personalized service with a lot of TLC. Escape from the robotic, streamline, minimalist, outrageously priced world of salon hair care at Uliana's in the East Village. It is a haven and a hair salon that I am now a loyaly guest at. Disa is the icing on the cake. She gives the BEST HAIR CUTS-Period.

Pros: Price, personalization and perfect hair!

Cons: If you live nowhere near the East Village. I travelled 182 blocks. Totally worth it!

Uliana has been cutting and coloring my hair for many years and she is fantastic.
Not only does she make me look fabulous (seriously I do look fabulous) but she also now cuts my 18 yr old son's hair (he looks fabulous in general, but she gives him a damn good hair cut as well). The funny part of the whole thing is that she takes as long with him which is just a cut, because he's so picky and she painstakingly cuts every single hair to his liking, as with mine which is a cut, a color and then she paints streaks into my hair....she's the best! Also Tari gives one of the best shampoo's I've ever had. On top of it all is the affordable price, it doesn't get any better!

I have been going to Uliana for hair and color for over ten years, after going to Bruno Dessange and Saks for my hair for twenty years. I get stopped on the street all the time, with people asking where I get my hair cut. New friends are always surprised to find out my age because I look at least ten years younger...and mostly due to my great hair cuts and color. My hair always looks stylish without being too "young" or too trendy, and the color is subtle and beautiful.

Uliana is a true artist, her studio is warm and relaxing, like a spa. You will find yourself pampered, relaxed, and leave looking beautiful.

Pros: high quality, great price, close to all transportation and parking, A+ ambience

I recently went to this salon and absolutely loved it! The energy is great, everyone was so pleasant and my hair looks amazing! My stylist really paid attention to what I wanted and my concerns with my thick unruley hair. She also taught me realistic ways to style my hair on my own, knowing I don't have much time to devote to it. I have lived in NYC for 8 years and haven't found a salon that has satisfied me yet, untill Uliana Hair Studio. I cant wait to go back!
