I purchased my appliances from the Orville's on Transit in November. They are by far the most knowledgeable in the business. Largest selection around, wouldn't shop anywhere else. If you need any help, make sure you ask for Scott. He was extremely helpful and not only gave me the very best price, but guaranteed his price for 30 days after delivery! Will definitely shop there again!

Orville's delivered our washing machine to us. When we opened it, it had a dent in the front. We looked at the box, and noticed it also had a gouge in the same spot. They refused to let us return the item, to fix the item, or to give us any kind of a discount. They said we wouldn't help us because we'd taken it in the house. They actually told me I'm supposed to take it out of the packaging on my lawn and then carry it inside, after confirming there is no damage. I guess you can't install a washer from Orville's in the rain or the winter.

Orville's delivered our washing machine to us. When we opened it, it had a dent in the front. We looked at the box, and noticed it also had a gouge in the same spot. They refused to let us return the item, to fix the item, or to give us any kind of a discount. They said we wouldn't help us because we'd taken it in the house. Price was good, but service was horrible. I bought all new appliances for a two family home and had plenty of problems. When they installed the oven in the lower apartment, they never lit the pilots. So ok no big deal, I can light them myself. WRONG! Probably the reason they never lit the pilots was because one of the pilot covers was missing. So I go to Orvilles and tell them about it. They send me to another store to try to buy one, but they don't have one. I shouldn't even have to pay anyways! I call Orvilles back, and they give me another number to call. I called that and they give me another number to call. I call that and they say I have to call the manufacturer. So I called the manufacturer and they told me it will take ten days! I already got tenants in the apartment, so now they won't have full use of the stove til then! Why the h*ll can't they just give me the part off one of the stoves in stock? I paid over $4,000 for everything, and all they are is a pain in the *ss! Good prices, but sh*tty service. I'll never ever ever ever buy anything from there again. EVER!

We just moved to the area, and not knowing where else to go, purchased a washer and dryer from Orvilles. It was a disaster from the get-go. I was not called to verify the item was in stock within 24 hours of orders placed, as stated on their website. I was called the night before the promised delivery date, after driving from Toronto to Buffalo to be there expressly FOR the delivery of the items, to tell me the washing machine I purchased was NOT in stock. I ended up upgrading to a more expensive pair of machines in order to match them, and still I got the floor model. Why I couldn't have the floor model for the one not in stock was never explained to me. When the delivery men arrived, they installed the machines backwards, so that the doors of the front loading machines bang into one another when opened. Not only that, after 3 days of a dwindling hot water supply, I had to call a repairman who found right away that Orville's had neglected to turn my hot water back on after installing the washer. The salesman promised to send me the new receipts for the rebates, but still hasn't done so. PHONE CALLS TO THE SALESMAN AND THE STORE TO DESCRIBE THESE PROBLEMS WERE NOT RETURNED. I still need several appliances for my new home in NY but I will not be buying them at Orvilles.

I purchased over $16,000.00 worth of appliances from Orvilles for a newly renovated home. In addition to high end kitchen appliances I also purchased a new washer and dryer that Orvilles installed. After our move I attempted to do laundry and flooded our kitchen which had heated hardwood floors, the washer was not installed properly. The water also leaked into the basement and damaged the control panel for the floors and had to be replaced. The service manager refused to come to our house and Orvilles would not accept any responsibility for the damage. My contractor had been working with them for 35 yrs, they would not return his calls. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

He answered the questions completely but gave enough room to think and make a choice without pressuring me. The selection was large enough to accommodate most people. The prices were VERY competitive to the other stores in the area.
