Some of the best cookies I have ever tasted.  5 Star Rating - World class

By Victor T. | insider_expert Insider Expert | Rank: 4,471

Amy's Bread is small and often crowded, but that wont surprise you once you taste their cookies, they are moist and chewy, what cookies should be. Dont be surprised by the overcrowded feel or the sometimes-hurried nature of the staff, lines form quickly and the staff does its best to get everyone moving. The olive bread is a delicious treat, as are the bread twists. I cant recommend them enough. I assure you, you will because a regular patron.

Hard to resist  3 Star Rating - Satisfactory

Located inside Chelsea Market, Amy's Bread is one of the better bakeries in the city. You'll find all types of bread here, from organic, to whole wheat, to breads made from semolina. The focaccias are very good too.

Delicious Baked Goods!  5 Star Rating - World class

By Suma B. | insider_expert Insider Expert | Rank: 6,915

Amy's Bread is a Hell's Kitchen gem. They have delicious bread twists which make a handy mid-afternoon snack, and their sandwiches are truly yummy. Try their brie and apple combo (only available in the evenings) or grab a loaf of bread to feast on the next day. Their cookies and pastries are also excellent. Perfect place to fill your picnic basket before heading over to the park on a sunny day.

PROS: Hearty, Fresh Baked Breads
CONS: None
