Very Satisfied! All the DVMs are great! They clearly only want what is best for you and your pet. They always try to accommodate your needs for office visits and emergencies. I never feel that they try to take advantage financially. They would go out of their way to save you money. I am very satisfied with them. I am confident in their ability to treat my pet. I travel from Albany because I like it there so much. I haven't compared cost recently, but did initially and their fees were cheaper than most.

We had been bringing our dog there for over 5 years, Everyone there was extremely helpful and answered any and every questions we had. Near the end of our dogs life, she was in and out quite a bit and they couldn't have been any nicer about it. When she passed, the doctors and staff sent us condolences and let us know they were there if anything was needed. I recommend anyone to Boght and wouldn't take my animals anywhere else!!

The veterinarians are great here. They answer your questions and they give you the feel that they genuinely care about your pet. The front desk staff, however, is a different story. They are extremely rude and obnoxious. I have experienced this type of behavior for several years. They were not only rude on the telephone but I found them rude in person as well. I would just like to point out that when I was there checking out, a girl put a customer on hold and asked another receptionist a question. When referring to the caller's pet, she used the term "stupid" dog. That's unacceptable to me. The chairs in the waiting room are really gross as well.
