The alleged technician came here with one thing on his mind: to not be helpful. He took a quick look and claimed that something must've hit the monitor and therefore was not covered. I assured him on 2 occasions this was not true. Then he claimed that this wouldn't be covered and would be an out of pocket expense of "$800-$900." I looked at the contract, and there was nothing in there which supported this statement. He then took pictures of the screen using his cellphone, claiming he was sending them to Sony and he'd have an answer in a week. I reminded him that my contract with Sony was up and that's why he was there.Service on the phone is abysmal. No one mentions the name of the company, maybe they're too ashamed or just plain dumb. They are quick to transfer you and quick to hang up on you. AVOID THIS COMPANY! If I could give "0" stars, that would be too much. I have reported them to Service Net, which is the contractor and if you suffer the same predicament, do the same.

Poor customer service all around the girl answering the phone is nasty and gets a kick out of transferring you to no one at all and then hangs up on you....DON'T GO HERE ITS A DUMP

If you ever want to know what it feels like to be treated like a total waste of someone's time, use Nu-Sonic Radio and their Home Service division, Frontier Enterprises. They will jerk you around and no manager is willing to speak with you. They simply do not care that it takes over 2 months for a repair that should take less than 5 days.

I paid Nu-Sonic Radio $75.20 (cash only as per company policy) to service my Sony Direct View TV in my home. It couldn't be fixed in home and the chassis was removed and taken to "the store" in Hartsdale, NY. I've tried to get info on the progress of repair and for 3 weeks been told the same thing ... the technician is working on it". This morning I contacted them and was eventually hung up on when I asked too many questions.
This is a sketchy company and urge consumers to avoid them.

I've contacted Sony directly to check on this company and on my TV.
