If you looking to buy a car and want to negotiate with this dealer over the phone regarding prices and inventory, please don't waste your time. This dealership has no clue what is in their inventory so if you call and they say it's in stock, they are lying. Due to Hurricane Sandy, I lost my car and was urgent to get into a new one. I already did my research on what model and color car I wanted and Paragon offered a decent deal so I made an appointment to test drive a coffee color Honda CRV EXL with Nav. They said they are bringing it down and will be ready by the time I arrive. I live in Brooklyn so I had to borrow a car from someone. Once I arrived, I waited over 30 minutes to speak to someone and another hour for them to tell me the car I wanted wasn't there, and was on it's way from Brooklyn. (which is a lie). We were there for 3 hours and still the car hasn't arrived so we filled out the paperwork, PAID THE DOWN PAYMENT, got the insurance done and they changed the VIN number 3 times cause they didn't know the correct VIN number. THIS PLACE HAS ABSOLUTELY NO CLUE ON WHAT THEY HAVE IN STOCK. And finally I was told that it will be in tomorrow morning and sales rep said he will make sure it's ready.

The next morning, I took a 2 hour train ride there, and guess what? They didn't have the car. If they knew this, why did they make me take a 2 hour train ride? not only they didn't have the car, they forced me into a car that I didn't want. And after waiting another 3 hours and due to the urgency, and many errands I had to take care of due to the storm, I walked out with a car which already had over 10 miles on it, a dark grey with grey interior. Opposite of what I wanted which was suppose to have a black interior. I kept in communication with the sales rep, but he didn't care, they already got the sale, so I wrote to the General Manager Brett, I sent him an e-mail regarding my situation, and didn't get any response back.

This place couldn't even put my old plates on the car, not only my insurance was changed 3 times, now I have my old plates on hand, no insurance on the totaled car from the storm, so now I have to deal with an insurance lapse. Stay away from here and go somewhere else that will at least not force you to come in the next morning and lie saying the car is ready when its not. I could of went to a Honda dealer walking distance from where I lived and saw the car I wanted, but Paragon really took advantage. So if your a hurricane victim, this place will make your life worst. I wasted 2 days to get a car I didn't want and every day I think about what kind of people will do this to victims of a hurricane, and not even say they are sorry or offering alternatives, or help after writing to everyone. People I dealt with is April, Ariel, Bud, and a finance manager who tried to pull a quick one at the end after all this. Unbelievable.

my wife and i went to paragon where we met saleman zeeshaw majid he was very nice !! he gave us a good deal on our 2011 honda accord lx .we drove off the lot with the car then after we had some problem with finance . my wife a call to mike and brian, and all the problem was taken care.we was call in and zeeshaw was extremely opologetic ,that make him a good sale man...thnx zeeshaw and i hope u have a wonderful holiday u @urs....

Andres Sanchez (my sales person) and Devon Jordan (manager) were both wonderful to deal with. They fought for me until the end and made sure that everything was to my satisfaction. Their service is impeccable. If you are in the market for a Honda or Acura, these the people you need to see. Before I start my review, I??m not affiliated or related to any of the sales people at Paragon Honda. My wife and I were very, very pleased with our experience at Paragon Honda. We purchased a 2012 Honda Pilot 4WD Touring model. Our Sales rep was Andres Sanchez. He is very courteous, knowledgeable, and super professional and goes that extra mile. I especially was appreciated with his patience because I have a 15 month old baby and Andres professionalism really, really shines. He should be a role model for other salesman. Paragon Honda provided my baby with a coloring book and some cartoon stickers which many dealerships do not do at all. They also provided refreshments for my wife and me and again many dealerships do not provide that type of service. Going back to the sale; Andres multi-tasks and which impresses me because his timing is perfect. Most sale reps will step away and forget about you, be not Andres, he somehow time manages himself like a human watch and I never have to wait for him, he is very prompt. My test drive with my vehicle was excellent too. Andres was very informative on the vehicle, he showed me every gadget and what they are used for. As far as my negotiation goes, it was the most painless process of the entire transaction. My wife and I were so satisfied with the purchase price of the vehicle which took only about 20 minutes. My trade in was also easy because I knew what I wanted in price and Andres work with the numbers and that too was a very easy and painless process, he gave my wife and I a very fair price. One last note: the day of pickup, there was a freak snowstorm in late October and I was not comfortable driving my vehicle home obviously a brand new vehicle, Andres Sanchez was super kind and made sure the vehicle was safe dry and cleans for me to pickup the next day which was a relief. Most dealerships won??t do that and will say it??s tough and suck it up and go, but not Paragon Honda, they will work with you and provide you the best customer service.
If you decide to buy a Honda, please see Andres Sanchez at Paragon Honda 1st, they have a very nice and super clean facility and the people there are very friendly and always smiling. We bought our 2006 Civic EX from Paragon Honda. I have been taking my car to Paragon Honda service center on and off for the last five years. We like the service we receive; it is always professional. We met Anthony who manages that department. He has helped us with all our needs. The waiting room has fresh fruit, tea, snacks, newspapers and Apple computers with Internet access. It makes the waiting easier. As a returning customer to Paragon, I was hesitant at first. My first experience was less than ideal. This time however, I was extremely pleased on all aspects. My Sales rep. Ivonne Miranda was dynomite!
She worked really hard to get the car I want in a very short time. She and her "compadre" Elsie Tavarez were amazing to watch in action.
I also was very impressed with the financial officer, Joe (sorry didn't get his last name . He did not (as was my 1st experience) pressure me in to purchasing any more than I already wanted, and more importantly took the time to explain the best financial plan that really opened my eyes. Kudos Paragon.....you really have come a long way in the customer service area.

I called in the AM to confirm that a vehicle was available and was told YES and to speak to Billy. I drove over an hour to there dealership and was told that the vehicle was in Brooklyn at a warehouse, but I could go for a test drive in a similar vehicle, which we did. I said I wanted to buy the vehicle as long as the Car-fax was clean and the car was as advertised. I even worked out a better price with Billy! Billy told me that the vehicle was in transit and to come back in a few hours, so I went to grab something to eat since I had to wait a few hours. Hours later I returned to Paragon Honda and was told the vehicle did not arrive. Umar Inniss whom also worked there appeared to be more honest and appeared that he wanted to help, but as I figured, he was as crooked and lied like Billy. I then returned to my home after spending an entire day at Paragon Honda. The next day the same vehicle which was listed on there website was listed for $3000 more then what was originally advertised. i recently purchased a 2011 Honda accord LX from this establishment and i must say i was extremely happy with the way my sales person took care of me .His name was Andre Sanchez, he was very knowledgeable about the vehicles , very attentive to what i was searching and very well spoken ...I didn't feel uncomfortable or like in some other places i've been where the sales people are so aggressive they just kill the fun in buying a car in the first place...I highly recommend this dealership because they had what i wanted in their inventory and its staff is very professional especially the young gentleman i mentioned before ...hope this helps anyone who is in search of buying a car and wants to enjoy the experience in the process...goodluck

Felt completely ripped off. For a part that cost $150, I was charged $450 in labor (three times as much as the part!) and the mechanics worked on the car for less than two hours. I'll never return and advise you all to find a different location for your service.

Other reviews mention the great customer service and then go on about their Sales experience. Sales is NOT Customer Service. Of course sales people will gladly speak with you while trying to make a sale. After you purchase the car and they have your money then see how interested they are in you. I just arrived back to Buffalo after purchasing my nearly new Dodge Nitro from Paragon Honda. My experience with them was excellent. I saw the vehicle on Autotrader.com and asked for some more info. I sales-person called me back within the hour. She got me in touch with Joe, the used car manager, who helped me the rest of the way, as well as Nino who took care of the delivery since Joe was out of town. Everyone was very professional. They are extremely busy and it was sometimes difficult to get in touch with Joe, but we were able to work out all the details over the phone so I could just fly in to LGA and pick up my truck. They are a very honest dealership. I was worried that the truck might be sold to someone else before I was able to make my way to NY since I hadn't given a dime to them before getting there. Joe was a man of his word. After merely speaking to him on the phone and letting him know I was interested in the vehicle, he marked it sold and held it for me. I sales-person called me back within the hour. Paragon Honda wasn't what I expected, went there to get my Civic serviced and drove home w/a CRV. Met Victoria Patterson and she was very friendly, easy to deal with. At first didn't realize she was a dealer, cause she wasn't pushy like some dealers are. She answered all my questions and concerned for my well being. Elise Tavarez was also very friendly and easy to deal with. Elsie was patient in explaining the functionality of the vehicle. The place is well lit, big & airy, everyone else there were friendly. All in all I am completely satisfied with my vehicle and the customer service.

Had a fantastic time. I went to a lot of dealerships on Northern Blvd, this was definitely the best one. I had been looking around for a few days at different makes and models in search for my first new car. I was helped by Jose Paulino. Paragon Honda made my first car buying experience an easy one. Then when it came time to upgrade they were even more helpful! I can see that the really tried to work with me and my budget to get me into a vehicle of MY choice and were even patient if they had to wait information from me. The whole dealership treated me with class and courtesy. From Reception to Sales to the Finance dept., all were excellent! I even got follow up calls after the purchase just to make sure that all was well. I really have nothing bad to say! I recently went in to check out a honda civic purchase, as I walked in with my wife I was greeted by Mr. Ariel Munoz.

This young man was very helpful, and his customer service was amazing, even after I stated that I would not be making a purchase on that day.

I read pretty bad reviews of this place, but he exceeded my expectations. The deal he gave us was amazing, but unfortunately I am not ready to take on the expense, but when I finally decide to buy my wife the civic, I will more then likely only deal with this gentleman.

BOYCOTT PARAGON HONDA. Since 2007, I leased two cars from Honda Paragon, and it is the worst decision I made. In the first, I leased a civic, with nearly $4000 down, and the service I received was a nightmare. It only improved, somewhat, since they moved to the new facility. The sales process was full of lies and deceit, but nothing matched my most recent experience last week. In March 2009, I upgraded to an Accord. I was under the impression it was a good deal, but my payment went up to $120. The following week there was a promotion for the same car at $200. I went back, with stickers still on my car, and they refused to re-work the deal. I got a safety package comprised of mud guards, etc., and only after I kicked an screamed. Last week, I had a noise in my car, now at 40,000. They said it was my power steering wheel pump, resevoir and hose, that is was not covered by the warranty and that it costs $700. Well, reluctantly, I went ahead, only to discover that the noise continued. So, clearly, they lied to me. Then when I returned it, it was corrected, but it was covered by the warranty, and the cost was only $130. Then on that same day, the sales office called me with a key-to_key option. I really don't want to disgust you with details, but a "key-to-key" deal turned out to be an offer of -- GET THIS - downgrading to a civic and increasing my payment by almost $250. Basically, I could have leased a high end, 300 series BMW for the kind of money they wanted. So much for "key-to-key," which turned out to be nothing more than a ridiculous sales ploy, an attempt to sucker me once again. Paragon people dont give a damn about you and have absolutely no interest in repeat business. I should have listened to my best friend long ago in 2007. He begged me not to go to Paragon. I did not listen; now I am totally screwed. I would sooner die than ever deal with Paragon Honda again. They are totally dispicable and horrible and do not care about their customers.

I was promised all season floor mats by the manager before signing any contracts, however when I picked up my car they were not installed. After having the car for one week with less than 1,000 miles the car started to make a strange noise from the front left wheel. When I brought the car back to Paragon Honda, they told me the strut was defective from the manufacturer. It took another week for the part to arrive and I had to wait for a few hours for the repair as they would not provide me with a loaner vehicle. When I asked the representative at the service center, whether or not it was normal for the car to start having problems so early on, he replied very rudely, ??it??s a car, what do you expect? Everything??s bound to have problems?. I am extremely unsatisfied with my purchase here and almost wish that I went somewhere else.

What to expect:

1) If you find a car on their web site and go in to see it, expect them to tell you that it's been sold. Be prepared for this and do what I did and prepare to leave. In my case, I knew exactly what kind of car that I wanted, how much I would pay and that was it.

2) I put a deposit down on the car. I was forced to sign all paperwork on the same day and buy insurance because web cars must normally be purchased and driven off of the lot on the same day, (even when they are not honda certified ready to be driven off the lot). I did not have all of the cash ready. I was expected to do this, even though there was no radio in the car which is a Honda Certified car.

3) I was promised that the radio would be in the car when I picked it up. I was going to do my best to pick the car up on Monday - I went in on Saturday.

4) Couldn't get the transfer through on Monday, the salesperson was out on Tuesday. Plenty of time to get that promised radio in, right?

5) When I went to pick up the car on Weds, the radio was not yet in. When I got upset about this, a box that says JVC on it magically appeared. Look, said my sales person, it's a better radio than what comes with the car!

6) The salesperson took the box and the car to service to have it installed. She returned shortly afterwards and told me that they did not have the tools that they needed to install it. I agreed to take the radio and have it installed elsewhere.

7) I went to have the radio installed upstate where I live. When my guy opened up the box, it turned out that there was no JVC radio in the box. It was a TOYOTA radio that can not be installed in a HONDA.

8) I ran into a couple there who wanted to take their chosen car to their mechanic before paying for it. They were told no but they insisted. When they insisted, the dealer suddenly decided that they needed to takethe car to service to replace a part.

9) My temporary registration was placed on the wrong side of the car. This is a small thing and I normally wouldn't complain about it if I were not so pissed off about the car radio.

In spite of the lying, I liked my salesperson. I hope that she finds a way to make an honest living.

Paragon's service department is excellent. The facility is clean and very customer-friendly. The staff was professional, and the work was done quickly and completely. Anthony, the service manager, was particularly accomodating to my difficult schedule and arranged home delivery of my completed car. I'll use them again. 5-stars.

What to expect:

1) If you find a car on their web site and go in to see it, expect them to tell you that it's been sold. Be prepared for this and do what I did and prepare to leave. In my case, I knew exactly what kind of car that I wanted, how much I would pay and that was it.

2) I put a deposit down on the car. I was forced to sign all paperwork on the same day and buy insurance because web cars must normally be purchased and driven off of the lot on the same day, (even when they are not honda certified ready to be driven off the lot). I did not have all of the cash ready. I was expected to do this, even though there was no radio in the car which is a Honda Certified car.

3) I was promised that the radio would be in the car when I picked it up. I was going to do my best to pick the car up on Monday - I went in on Saturday.

4) Couldn't get the transfer through on Monday, the salesperson was out on Tuesday. Plenty of time to get that promised radio in, right?

5) When I went to pick up the car on Weds, the radio was not yet in. When I got upset about this, a box that says JVC on it magically appeared. Look, said my sales person, it's a better radio than what comes with the car!

6) The salesperson took the box and the car to service to have it installed. She returned shortly afterwards and told me that they did not have the tools that they needed to install it. I agreed to take the radio and have it installed elsewhere.

7) I went to have the radio installed upstate where I live. When my guy opened up the box, it turned out that there was no JVC radio in the box. It was a TOYOTA radio that can not be installed in a HONDA.

8) I ran into a couple there who wanted to take their chosen car to their mechanic before paying for it. They were told no but they insisted. When they insisted, the dealer suddenly decided that they needed to takethe car to service to replace a part.

9) My temporary registration was placed on the wrong side of the car. This is a small thing and I normally wouldn't complain about it if I were not so pissed off about the car radio.

In spite of the lying, I liked my salesperson. I hope that she finds a way to make an honest living.

I went to Paragon Honda yesterday after checking out their website and calling them to see if the red 2010 Honda Crosstour EX with Navi and Leather was still in stock. When I got there, the showroom was VERY busy with people obviously buying Hondas and employees running around like the wait staff in a restaurant. The receptionist was VERY friendly and apologetic that all the salespeople were busy with other customers. I waited a few minutes and then asked the receptionist if I could make an appointment to come back when someone was available to help me. She got this painful look on her face and held up her finger indicating "wait 1 minute" while she called someone. A few minutes later this REALLY handsome man who appeared to be far too well dressed be a Honda Salesman walked over and with a smile-to-die-for introduced himself as Brian Benstock, the VP or some kind of muckity muck title, which I was not paying attention to, you ladies know what I mean! Anyways, Brian showed me around for a few minutes until (unfortunately) a salesman came over and said he was now available. I found my beautiful new 2010 Honda Crosstour in Ruby Red with a tan leather interior and the car was so sweet, drives better than the Cadillac CTS that I just turned in because the lease was up, and the payments are less! However, I drove a hard bargain and said the only way I would take the new car that day was if Mr. Benstock would personally review the numbers with me... For any women reading this, I definitely recommend Paragon Honda and that you INSIST that Brian Benstock personally go over the deatils of the deal with you. I leased the Crosstour for 39 months and my payments are $439 a month. It is fully loaded and I only paid the DMV and first payment to drive it home, but ONLY after Brian went through every detail with me and answered all my questions. What a nice man he is! Somebody hit the megamillions lotto when she married that man, and that would be true if he was a mechanic!

And don't let them sell you extended warranty and all the extra craps.

This place has the WORST customer service I have EVER seen!!!! Jennifer Villalba was all nice setting up appointments, customer service called me 3 times until 9pm the night prior. We talk to Jennifer she knew we were on the road heading there for our 2 hour drive one-way but NEVER mentioned the vehicle was SOLD earlier that day. Once we were just told the vehicle was sold, and no longer available I called her extention; I NEVER heard someone STUDDER so much. NEVER deal with this girl!!! Back to PARAGON ....But you better believe they tried to sell us another vehicle; NOT even close to the vehicle we were to purchase. There is a spot called new NEW WORLD right down the street so I'd look else where before you stop here!!!! I was warned about this company; maybe next time I will listen!

The worst. I traded in my car for a lease and I wasn't too experienced with buying a new car. I came out of there paying over 30,000 for an 08' accord coupe when they were at the time only 24,000. For a lease I ended with a monthly car note of $590 a month. The workers Bane, CHRIS YU and the guy who's eyes twitches a lot very very cruel and were giving me an additude the entire time. The final guy who I think is Korean (sorry I forgot his name) is also only out to get your money. I am glad this happen to me at a young age because now I know to be more careful. Again, please do yourself a favor and avoid going to this dealership that is full of hateful money hungry people that don't care about what's best for you. Another thing I learned is before going to a place check their reviews online....it will help you from making a mistake that others have. I unfortunatly checked the reviews after I purchased the car when I should of done it before. Please be careful with Chris Yu he might seem nice at first but towards the end his personality does a complete 360! I understand they are salesmen and are suppose to make their money as well but they should have a little heart and be more considerate. Being honest in the long run will bring you more customers which in return will bring your company more revenue.

I signed a contract & left a $1000 deposit on a car that they were to hold for me until I secured a mortgage on a house that I was buying & then I was to return & apply for financing for the car. ten days later I seen the exact car on their website for $5000 less than they told me was the list price. I called & left the sales rep. David Garcia a message to explain how this could be, he never returned this call or the five other messages that I left for him over the next five days. When I did finally get through to him he claimed not to know what was going on & passed my call to his manager Jack Lament who told me that the car was sold. He told me that Honda put the car up for sale on the website & another dealer ship sold the car. I told him I was prepared to let them make it up to me by offering me a deal on another car. When I never received the deal I called Honda & they said that the individual dealerships are responsible for listing cars on there website. I then called Paragon Honda & gave a false name & inquired about 'my car' & was told that it was still available. I called Jack again & mentioned all this to him and also asked for him to return my deposit. He told me to sue him for the deposit because he felt that I was questioning his integrity. I also want to mention that after I signed the contract that David, Jack & another manager all tried to pressure me into applying for a loan for the car that day.

Anyone know a good lawyer? Jack claims that the car was sold three weeks ago & I still do not have my $1000 deposit.
