Manhattan GMAT is the real deal. I took the 9-week classroom course and scored over a 700, after beginning in the lower 600s. The class instructor was informative, motivating, and very clear in his explanations. The 11 or so books help

(1) It offers no guarantee to support its useless prep. It is only interested in taking your money.\r
(2) It bases its tutorials on OG, which contains explanations already.
