This is not your average Chinese takeout. Food is real hunan, very spicy and full of flavor. This branch is not as good as the one in midtown. But one of the best Chinese restaurants on the Upper East Side. Services are good, very prompt and attentive. Delivery is pretty fast too. Though the price is above most Chinese takeout prices.
PROS: spicy, lots of selection
CONS: slightly expensive for chinese food
