The Whole You Spa

This is a great place to go to if you are suffering from back pain. After the first massage I felt much better. I have already signed up for a follow-up and my mom signed up as well.

My wife gave me a gift certificate to this spa for my birthday, which was a few weeks ago. I never had a massage before and didn't know what to expect. When I got there I was greeted by a very friendly person at the frond desk, Willa. She gave me an intake form to fill out and within a few minutes after I was done filling out the form I was asked to come in. The massage therapist, Roxanne, first put some heat pads on my back to melt my muscles. Then the massage started. Roxanne knew every muscle and was very informative. She used a gel called Biofreeze to help eliminate inflamation. I picked up a sample pack at the front desk when I was done. When I walked out of the room I immediately felt great. I felt like I got taller. My back didn't hurt anymore. It was pretty amazing. I hope I get a gift certificate to this place for every holiday!

I got my first massage at this spa today and I loved it! It was better than the massages I had at other local places. The massage therapist had strong hands and definitely knew what he was doing. I will return for another massage soon.

First off, i find it very annoying when places write their own reviews. I mean do they really thing we wouldn't notice. You could tell every review was written by the same person a couple days apart. Shady practices!!!!
I went in for a facial and it was a total waste of money. I specially asked to have my pores be cleaned out on my nose to get rid of blackheads. I could have done a better job with Biore strips. While I was getting my facial, I could hear the staff goofing off and be loud and laughing. I thought it was very unprofessional since spas are supposed to be calm and relaxing. The definitely won't see me again!!!!!!! I do a lot of business in the area and will make sure to steer my clients away from this place.

I have been getting massages my whole life. When my massage therapist was out sick at another place I usually go to I decided to give this place a try. I scheduled my massage with Carlos and this was my best massage ever! It's too bad I didn't try this place before, but better late than never...

I was suffering from back pain for almost a whole month prior to my visit to the Whole You Spa. I knew it wouldn't take 1 treatment to make the pain go away, but it almost did. I had 80% less pain after the first "back on table" (it's a 40 minute treatment focused on the back). And, after my 3rd treatment the back pain was gone! Thank you Mila, Willa and the wonderful Massage Therapists! Now that the pain is gone I might stop by for a facial.

I found out about this spa from a local paper, Riverdale Review. They had some great discounts for first-time clients. I was very surprised with a low cost of the services, massages especially. I felt guilty using a coupon for an already inexpensive massage. My massage was excellent. I was completely relaxed and free from my usual back pain after the treatment. I already scheduled a treatment for next week. Thanks!

I was so surprised I was able to get an appointment at this spa on such short notice. And to top it off, I was able to use a coupon for my facial treatment which was great! The spa was nice and clean and quiet, friendly reception, very relaxing once you walk in the treatment room. My aesthetician was very good. She was very thorough and gave good recommendations. I liked that she didn't try to sell me any products but simply gave her advice on what to use and/or do. I definitely enjoyed the service and would go back again.

It's amazing that I must have walked by this place a million times since my bank is on the corner of W238 and Riverdale Ave. I was introduced to The Whole You Spa by a friend who treated me to a massage a few months ago and now I get my massage once a week. I tried a couple different massage therapists and everyone is great! I already recommended this place to my friends.

I went in for my third Acupuncture treatment yesterday. The Acupuncturist, Mr. Gregory Kuperman is a very well-educated professional, who was a doctor in Russia. I saw improvement in my condition after my very first treatment. After my third treatment I am 50% better! I would highly recommend trying Acupuncture at The Whole You Spa.

I have been to The Whole You Spa several times and I enjoyed every massage I had. My back does not hurt anymore and I sleep better at night. The staff at this spa is friendly and knowledgeable.

I was a regular at the whole you spa for many years, but moved to LI in 2006. Unfortunately, I could not find better massages and facials closer to my house so I still visit the whole you spa for my monthly massage and facial. It is worth the trip from LI!

A professional, peaceful atmosphere and superb massages are the hallmark of the Whole You Spa. I have been a client for four years. The massage therapists will address any specific physical problems you might have, in addition to deep tissue and relaxation massages. There's a complete array of other services reflexology, facials, acupuncture.

I am always totally transformed and relaxed after my massages at the Whole You Spa.

I just had my third Deep Tissue massage (with Carlos) yesterday and I feel great! It gets better each time I go. Everyone I have encountered has been professional and very polite while at the same time, very friendly. I have had massage therapy in several chiropractic and physical therapy offices as well as in the Red Door Salon and can tell you the massage at The Whole You Spa far exceeds them all!

I just moved to Riverdale from Connecticut and my realtor recommended this place. I absolutely love their therapeutic massage! And hot stone massage is pretty amazing! I will be coming here for my monthly treat.

Deep tissue massage: First time there was for a back spasm. After deep tissue massage with Mila and Carlos I had immediate relief; two more sessions later spasm was gone!! Have had this problem before and it took twelve sessions with physical therapist before I got some relief . This is now the avenue of choice (medically and financially) should I have this problem again. I continue to have a monthly massage.
Acupuncture: Dr. Gregory Kuperman -- what can I say? Gregory totally knows his craft and I have seen the results (sinus, asthma, urinary and menstrual issues) after my acupuncture treatments.

My first experience with this spa will not be my last. My treatment started on time and the therapist was very knowledgeable. I left feeling refreshed and without my usual back pain. I already made an appointment for next week. Highly recommended!

This is the best Spa I've been to. Its so relaxing and you are in another place. Every time I've gotten a facial I fell asleep. Wonderful!

I have found this place through a local paper - Riverdale Review. They had some great specials and I decided to give them a try. I was not disappointed. The massage was wonderful and I am trying their Acupuncture next week. I will be getting my regular massages here every month! I'll update my review once I try their Acupuncture treatment.

I was suffering from a back ache for a few months. My wife discovered The Whole You Spa and I called them and set up an appointment with Carlos. After only 2 visits my back pain is gone! Prior to that I went to my physical therapist and he said I have to do a minimum of 10 sessions with him! I saved so much time and money! I highly recommend this place to everyone. Michael.

I would like to say that the whole you spa is the best they are always concerened for your well being. Milla and Willa always do an awesome job. I want to give my props to Roxanne she is the best massage theripist ever. I had massages done in the past but Roxanne gets with the Whole you spa a 5 Star rating.
And Also Roxanne fixed my back issues!!!!!!
