If you are in upstate New York and are looking for a great bed and breakfast, look no further than the Hudson House. They facilities are immaculate and the locales surrounding it are beautiful.

I stayed at this B&B for Thanksgiving a few years ago and it was a great experience! The staff was very friendly and they put warm cookies and cider/ teas out for the guests. This B&B is in close proximity to the main street, where antiques shops, restaurants, and a bakery are. The room was beautiful and comfortable, with Crabtree and Evelyn products in the bathroom, which I thought was a very nice touch. Cold Spring is a great place to see in the fall, early winter. A short ride on the Metro North will get you there in about 45 minutes from NYC.

PROS: Fantastic service, cute and comfortable atmosphere.
