I ordered from them at 12:30PM. By 2:30, my lunch was still not delivered. I called to confirm and they sent my lunch out at that moment. When it arrived, they had delivered me the wrong soda, so I called to complain. I asked for my original choice and they said they didn't carry it-- a fact they could have mentioned the first time I ordered it or the second time I called. I asked for something else. They delivered to me the exact same soda again. Finally, at 3:30, I gave up and just went with what they sent me.

The sandwich I ordered (their specialty Roast Beef) was good. Nothing special, but tasty and with nice trimmings. It was a little small, especially for $6.50.

In all, the hassle was ridiculous and the rest of the experience was unmemorable.

Pros: Food was decent

Cons: Beyond slow delivery, order wrong, unhelpful service

We were strolling aroung in Greenwich Village on a Friday night in search of an alternative to Magnolia's cupcakes. May I say that their cupcakes were the stalest I've ever tasted. This is truly a place where the goods look better than they actually taste. Don't bother chocking off their cupcakes that taste like cornmeal muffins with icing that taste like wax. I should have baked my own cupcakes. Aside from that, the server was on the phone the whole time he was helping us. Needless to say, I will not be giving this palce another chance

I have had their pizza and their bagels. The pizza didn't really stand out but the bagels were amazing!!! Soft on the inside, no air, and HUGE!!!! I have been looking for my "IT" bagel place since I moved here 5 months ago and this is IT!!!!
