I bought a used Jeep for my son. Within two weeks the battery completely died (beyond charging) when he was in PA. He had to buy new (expensive) one. I called the dealer who told me to come in with the receipt and they would reimburse me. I came in, submitted the receipt, and was told I would get a check within the week. It has been a few months and no check. I even call weekly and get no response. I even told them I was buying another car soon. I did but not from them, ever again.

I brought my wrangler to Rockland for a transmission problem. After 16 days of excuses why my jeep was not repaired. I had my jeep towed out of there. What I recieved back was a transmission in many pieces, which I did expect because I asked them to place all the parts new and old in the back of the my jeep. What I didn't expect was to find parts missing. My mechanic had to replace parts to put a new transmission in. Also what I found was all of the contents of my console dumped on the floor. My fender flares scratched, one with a nice gouge in it. And a damaged window. Rockland refuses to do anything about this. All I recieved was a letter stating how things could have been handled better. What a disgrace of a dealership. I would suggest that you keep away.

I have never bought a new or used car from this dealer, but I use them to get my Jeep serviced. I have been there many times and have questioned a few of their tactics. They have found things wrong with my car that I wonder about. I have an extended warranty and I have no co-pay so I am unsure if they are trying to add to the cost so they make a few extra dollars or not. I have absolutely no proof of this, but my gut feeling have been correct frequently than not.
