They made me wait after calling thema few times the moronic dispatcher kept telling me the car was a few minutes away, maybe the need to learn to give proper info and not lie to people. I was headed to the airport and they made me miss my flight because the car was 30 minutes late and the driver did not know how to get to the airport. you're better off walking

I used Harbor View for transportation for a business trip to and from the airport. The driver was courteous and super friendly. The car itself was clean, comfortable, and had lots of drinks inside for us. A good car service, but the only gripe I had was at the end we waited about 30 min for the driver to pick us up. Not very happy with that, but other than that this limo service is good.

I always use Harbor View Car service when I have to go to the Bay Ridge Area for doctor's appointments or whatever. I usually take the bus going there to save a little money, and use Harbor View to go home because I know they are reliable. I call them and tell them to pick my up in a certain place at a certain time and I know they'll be there. The drivers are very nice and help me with my stroller and open the doors for me because they see I have a baby. They have nice clean air conditioned cars.

I've tried the rest, and then found the best, about 6 years ago. I kept changing car services, because I had long waits, filthy cars, and/or drivers that drove like maniacs. I have NEVER had a problem with any of these things with Harbor View. The cars come quickly, and the drivers are courteous and for the most part, safe drivers. You can even call ahead and make a reservation if you know far in advance of your need to use car service. I used this car service through all 3 of my pregnancies, when I was unable to drive, and I recommend them to everyone I know.

Drivers are ok, but phone operators are terrible!

After several negative experiences I try to avoid these guys as much as i can, even though this is the most conveniently located car service for me. One time i got yelled at for not knowing the exact address of my destination (i gave them a land mark- a bridge!!! and it wasnt enough!) and i was kicked out the car because of that! The driver was a woman, probably one of those super rude women on the phone. Another time I was in a hurry and i called them an hour in advance asking them to be there at the very specific time. every 10 minutes past that time i called and they kept telling me "in 5 minutes" every time!! very rude people, bad experience. Only giving 2 stars because normally the drivers are nice.
Pros: convenient location (for me)
Cons: lie about wait time, very rude on the phone

Best Car Service in Brooklyn

If you live in the Ridge and need a car, this is the only call you should make. They are fantastic. Good pricing, nice drivers and nice cars. One day when I had a horrible family crisis and needed to get to Staten Island in a hurry, I called them crying and asked them to please hurry. I figured my crisis wouldn't matter, but in the 60 seconds it took me to get outside, they were already waiting at my building. They got me there as quick as possible without running over people and were just so nice. I always call them first for every ride I need. You won't be disappointed.
Pros: Quick Service, great pricing, courteous drivers
