I feel like I was robbed. I think what they did to me was a crime, even worse than my car getting stolen.
They almost doubled the rates authorized by the NYC Police Department - when my stolen car was found. The police say its a civil matter go to court- Consumer Affairs says pay it and maybe we will look into it in 6 months.
How can they get away with making up their own rates? How can they not give me and itemized bill? How can they refuse a certified check, bank check and Credit cards?
