Bakers Acres is a special garden store in
Lansing, NY. Worth the trip, you will find
a huge selection of herbs, flowers, and plants.
They have shrubs and landscaping as well
and you can pick your own fruit during certain
seasons. It's fun to browse and more fun
to buy plants and pots here.

For a little town, Bakers Acres offers a *big* selection of products in a garden center. At least in terms of plants (and pots). A wide selection of herbs, flowers, shrubs, and the like (not much in the way of trees). Not all of it is in the best shape when you visit, but most is fine. And you can usually get just what you're after. Not much to offer by way of things to work in the garden (tools and the like), but that's not what they're into. Worth the 10 mile trip out of Ithaca.
