I was new to owning a home so i sought out lanscapers to help me which my new yard. The employees were so helpful when i went in, they really listened to my ideas and translated them into a beautiful design. Cheers.

We have done business with Arbordale since 1995. We loved the Canada Cherry they planted, the 8 Junipers that form part of our back yard. And the flowering apple and two cherries they placed in an area supported by 6"x6" timbers. And annuals and perennials. And after buying 33 bags of Black Gold Mulch for years, we switched to bulk mulch last year. But this year we ordered the same 3 cu. yds but were significantly shorted. I asked if someone could come by (we live about 3 miles away) and work with me to come to agreement that we already spread 3 yards or indeed we had been shorted. No response. I am not sure if they feel I am stupid, or they just don't care if I come back. I'm going with the place my neighbor uses next year.

Well that was yesterday. Today they delivered some mulch and we appreciate they heard my concern. Thanks, Arbordale.

Arbordale has a wide range of shrubs and plants which appear to be well taken care of and in excellent health. Their prices are a bit high for my spending but one can't complain about the quality. I've purchased shrubs from them.

I love going there as the staff has lots of knowledge and they always seem to have the newest plants that i have read about. The Plant doctor has never failed to recommend a solution that works. Prices seem to have come down in recent years.

worth the drive near UB amherst campus. Staff is unbelievable. knowledgeable can do attitude. great selection of all products. Perennials are tremendous and the girls in the area will spend qaulity time with you! prices good. pond supplies compare to the internet stores i used to use

PROS: selection, staff knowlege
CONS: hard to find if you don't use the 990
