I can't believe it! NO pushy salespeople, no irritating staff!! Just a beautiful Vicorian feel & an aroma that sooths the soul!! I had a gift certificate for a facial and a pedicure - talk about heaven!!! No rush jobs here!! Very professional staff! And I learned so much about care for my face!!! Thank you for an experience to remember...I will be back!!

I love Beauty Secrets Day Spa! The staff is friendly, attentive and do a great job! I have very bad back and neck problems and their masseuse worked miracles for me! The place is clean and very nicely decorated. I don't know what the other people are talking about. I've had facials and wraps...divine!And in these times of stress...that is where I go to unwind and de-stress!

I went to Beauty Secrets to use a gift certificate that i received for a European Facial. I went in and everything was normal. I've had facials before, and this was a normal facial. At the end, when she was applying moiturizer, she mumbled something with her accent about 35 dollars extra. I ignored this, because it was the very end of my facial, and she had said nothing before about me getting any add ons. I walk out and the receptionist tells me i owe and extra 40$. I told her I was never asked for anything extra, nor did I receive anything extra, and told her I wasnt paying it. She rolled her eyes and said " fine just give me five dollars". Unprofessional and rip off.

I most recently went to beauty secrets after many stressful weeks of work and felt very relaxed after facial, herbal detoxifying wrap and reflexology massage. The staff is top notch, attentive and entertaining....very witty. The softness of the decor is very soothing after having these great treatments. I highly recommend this spa to everyone.

I visited Beauty Secrets this weekend and had a facial and massage and loved every minute of it! I dont know what happened for the other people but on top of the great prices where everyone can really afford to pamper themselves, the staff were very nice to me. I will be back soon! I would recommend this spa to anyone looking for a good relaxing day!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Terrible. Don't believe the website, no coffee brewing and no friendly staff. Not in a "Victorian" setting, it's in a building attached to a mechanics shop. Inside is not particularly inviting, just like a salon.

Arrived at 1pm for 1:15pm appointment, at 1:30 (after waiting patiently) another client arrived saying she had a 1:45 appointment. Esthetician comes out at 1:40, knows the woman with the 1:45 appointment and takes her right in. I ask why, since my appointment was before hers and am told 'oh, it'll only be 10 more minutes' - no apology or anything!.

No one said 2 words to me the entire 40+ minutes I was there. Unbelievable. Don't waste your time or money.

I've been going to Beauty Secrets for over a year and it's a Fabulous Day Spa. The staff, services they provide, and the elegant surroundings are simply first rate, while the prices are very reasonable. The staff takes its' time with you and makes sure you're pampered. With the wide range of services they offer and being so close to home.....there is no need to go anywhere else. I highly recommend Beauty Secrets!

The Beauty Secrets Day Spa is a delightful spot to endulge yourself. You can get a massage and have your nails done and it won't cost you a fortune. But you will be treated as if you are at a trendy spa - pampered and catered to. What a wonderful way to spend an afternoon. The staff is truly delightful and you won't want to leave!

I have used this spa for years. They are small so they can only take a few folks at a time which means more personalized attention. They have a friendly, competent staff who strive to make every experience a wonderful one.

Treat yourself to a Day of Beauty. It is well worth the price (and you can find $5 off coupons in the local mailers).

PROS:
CONS: no tanning or steam showers
