4 Stars: Great food but... (by Jaime D.)

This place has excellent food. I would give 5 stars but there are 2 major problems with it... parking in the area is almost impossible and the place is SO SMALL. The food is so good, I don't know why they don't expand the eating area a bit. I have waited very long to get food and be seated. It is always very crowded but that's because the food is excellent. Pick your poison I suppose. Food is good enough, worth the wait for me.

4 Stars: Park Slope Staple (by Susan N.)

Aunt Suzie's serves large portions of fresh food that has not once disappointed me in the dozen years I've been going here. The handmade pasta is delicious, and the price is right!

4 Stars: TONS of food (by Jane L.)

Good Italian food for not that much money. I went with 3 friends, and we ordered one double order of Lasagna and one double order of tortellini. It was way more than enough for everybody and the food was really excellent. The waitresses were very nice and refilled our bread and dip. Bottles of wine for 15 dollars, entrees for 9 dollars--hard to beat!

5 Stars: Just Like Mama would cook! (by Marlene M.)

Aunt Suzie's is widely known as one of the best restaurants in Brooklyn, NY. It's quaint atmosphere and delicious food make everyone want to go there on the weekends. During the week, the restaurant is a lot less crowded. They even have a Cheapie menu if you don't have a lot of money and like to eat good Italian Food

PROS: delicious Italian Food - don't forget dessert
CONS: Too Crowded on Saturday night to even get in!

4 Stars: Good Italian Family Restaurant (by K O.)

Aunt Suzie's has been a family favorite in Park Slope for a long time now. When I was little, I would go there with my family and play the games they provided for kids. I don't know whether they still have games, but they still have pretty cheap, authentic Italian food. It is a good destination for Mothers's Day, Father's Day, or a birthday, but if it's a holiday, be sure to make reservations if you can.

4 Stars: A Good Place to Bring Your Folks (by Missy B.)

Whenever my mother comes in to visit from Missouri I take her to Aunt Suzie's. They have a reliable menu of well known southern Italian favorites (aka all of the pastas and parmiganas you could ask for, and lots of it.)

PROS: large portions, yummy food
CONS: none i can think of
