Gold's Gym

Gold's Gym is very nice with excellent equipment. The downfall is that it is very expensive and it is very crowded most of the time. It's kind of like a hang out spot and I prefer my gym time to be for working out. It depends what you like but I prefer a cheaper, more intimiate gym for exercising not socializing.

the gym is primarily a pumping iron gym. u want to get big, go to golds. Check the reputation. There are classes and plenty of cardio-machines for fitness junkies. While it is true some members might not wipe down equipment, but there are plenty of sanitizing bottles around the gym. So, you can wipe it down yourself, it is Golds Gym not NYSC. I dont know what $50 a week price the other review writer is talking about, absolutely not true. It is roughly $50 a month for a nationwide membership, and cheaper if you choose to only use one particular gym. Oh, there are plenty of dumbells and they go up to 200lbs. GET BIG....

wow talk about expensive! 50$ a week is crazy. But i heard great stories from this place that results will show. So if you craving for a diet and excersice .. visit this place immediately!

I went to Gold's Gym as a guest and I smelled a large foul stench as I approached the gym equipment. Absolutely none of the people there followed the rules in wiping down the gym equipment and cleaning up after themselves. I tried to start getting rid of my fat and gain some muscles, but I just couldnt bear using filthy gym equipment.
