I don't believe Brian is with this firm any longer as he has moved to the larger firm of Magellan Realty but wherever he goes, he's the one to use!

Brian helped me in the purchase of my new home. We looked for almost a year. He was very, very patient and continued to send me listings by computer even during those times when I was not actively looking. And on top of that, he turned out to be a tough negotiator when I did make an offer on a house (the seller was not a nice person - but then are they ever)? My kudos to Brian! Check him out .

David has to be the greatest realtor there is. He is all about helping his clients find what they need and want in a home, not about making a sale. I would use no one else. He makes house buying fun and helps to lift any stress you may have. He is very knowledgeable of the market and is able to walk you through the money side of a purchase as well. David protects his customers and is honest when it comes to the quality and potential of a house. He has also done a great deal of remodeling, so he can see beyond what is there to what you can make a home into.
