I brought my Road King there for a 10,000 mile service, tires, and a Dyno-tune.

The first thing you notice when you walk in the place is how clean it is. Some people don't get it, but to me people that take pride in the way their work area is kept probably take great pride in their work.

The staff is friendly and helpful. They will answer your questions and make suggestions according to your needs. They do not try and sell you something you probably don't need or want.

My service was done by Andrew. He listened carefully to everything I said. He took the time to ask questions as to my performance goals, and asked if there were any problems with the bike he should know about.

The work was completed in a couple of days, exactly as promised. The final cost was right on target with the rough estimate given to me when I dropped off the bike. Andrew did not add on even one extra part. No padding the bill here.

The bike rides better than new! It is smooth, powerful, and sounds great. He eliminated those troublesome decel pops that some tuners would tell you that you just have to live with.

With the high quality of work and professional attitude I received, ROSAS has a new customer for life!
