I brought my Road King there for a 10,000 mile service, tires, and a Dyno-tune.

The first thing you notice when you walk in the place is how clean it is. Some people don't get it, but to me people that take pride in the way their work area is kept probably take great pride in their work.

The staff is friendly and helpful. They will answer your questions and make suggestions according to your needs. They do not try and sell you something you probably don't need or want.

My service was done by Andrew. He listened carefully to everything I said. He took the time to ask questions as to my performance goals, and asked if there were any problems with the bike he should know about.

The work was completed in a couple of days, exactly as promised. The final cost was right on target with the rough estimate given to me when I dropped off the bike. Andrew did not add on even one extra part. No padding the bill here.

The bike rides better than new! It is smooth, powerful, and sounds great. He eliminated those troublesome decel pops that some tuners would tell you that you just have to live with.

With the high quality of work and professional attitude I received, ROSA'S has a new customer for life!

***** UPDATE 9/17/2010 *****

Brought bike in for 30,000 mile service this week. While it was there, I figured I would address the cam tensioner situation.

Andrew suggested Wood's TW6-G gear drive cams. Now on some of the forums people complain about noise after install. I guess they had the wrong person do the install. I have no added noise. It is as quiet as with the belt drive. For those of you that ride a Road King with the stock windshield, you know how that windshield amplifies every sound. If there's a noise, I would hear it.

New Avons, the TW6G gear drive cams (Which pull really strong), and the full 30,000 mile service has the bike running better than new.

Thanks Andrew !
