Golds Gym

The classes are great at this gym (even if you are a beginner) and the staff are helpful and friendly. My membership came with bonus training sessions, which really made me feel comfortable on all of the equipment.

This is an okay gym. It has a lot to offer in equipment and classes - they have everything from ballet to spinning to African dance. It is sometimes a little dirty, and they always pressure you to have a session with a trainer. they also give out your address to adea businesses a lot.
