.

This school is very disorganized with everything! They do not keep track of anything (i.e. payments and keeping parents informed of various events such as picture day). I?ve even called the studio numerous times and left voicemail messages and no one ever called me back. I was annoyed to find out I had to pay for the month of June when the dance recital was June 7th and there would be no more classes after that! They even held recital tickets until June was paid for.
The day of the recital was even worse! Parents could not take videos OR photos during the performance (not sure if other dance schools have that rule too and apparently they video tape it then sell the copied DVD later). They were supposed to start at 6:00p and started almost an hour later which is sometimes expected BUT then started having MAJOR audio problems!! Some of the performers either had to be skipped in the program or had to stop at the middle of the performance. An apprx. 3 - 3 1/2 hour show (I was told that?s how long it would be) turned out to be almost 5 hours (with many breaks in between because of the audio problem)!!! Many parents were angry and outraged even chanting ?REFUND? and ?cancel the show already!? Many of them wanted to pull their kids out of the show. Towards the end they had a problem getting the little kids (apprx. 4 yrs old) to even go up on stage and perform (I?m assuming they were exhausted being that it was already almost 10 pm) and by that point the auditorium was emptying! And of course the parents were upset being that they paid so much money for the costumes, shoes, lessons and tickets ($20 ea.) for this show! My daughter is NEVER going back there again! And I hope they try to make up for it and re-do the show because they won?t be getting money for those DVD?s.
