I was looking for a Acura TL on the internet and I came to Northeast Acura to see what they had to offer. I was approached by David and he showed me 2 different cars the first car I took out for a test drive I fell in love with it. David went over all of the features and explained in detail everything that I needed to know involving this sale. I would highly recommend Northeast Acura and the salesman David to everyone I know. I look forward to purchasing a Acrua TLX next and I will be back to see David.

I called up Dave Polson after seeing an ad online. I am from approx 250 miles away, so I asked many questions and had to rely on the AD and the salesperson to make sure it was what I was looking for. After putting a deposit down I took the trip and I was pleasantly surprised. The AD was accurate and the salesperson was forthright and honest respecting the condition. Financing was actually favorable, although I choose a local lender, but they played ball and actually offered a better rate. After the sale was completed Dave spent a good amount of time to go over all the features and options, again the car was sold. No attempt to upsell etc. Great dealer and sales...highly recommend.

We are long time customers. Our first contact with NEA was when we bought a used 1985 Nissan Maxima wagon (1988), which we traded in on a 1989 Mercury Sable wagon. Our first Acura was a 1998 2.5 TL. The rest is history. We are on Acura #5 now. Our current 2012 TL (who needs an overpriced BMW, Audi, etc) and our beloved 2003 MDX (which we will probably keep forever). The reason we keep coming back to Northeast Acura is because of their excellent sales staff and service department. They are always fair, courteous and caring. They truly know how important their customers are.

Can't tell you how many cars i researched when considering another car, just to proves that none would compare to Acura for value, quality, reliability, and a touch of luxury. Mark Verdile was an excellent sales rep and was extremely professional and courteous. At each step of the buying process, he followed-up in a low-pressure manner and was always available to answer questions. Negotiations were fair and professional and when we went to pick up the vehicle, Mark spent a lot of time with us going over the features and helping us to set up and program some of the custom settings so that we were comfortable with the car before we drove it off the lot. I visited North East Acura to look for a used car. I actually found two that were of interest. One was more expensive than the other. I tried to discuss finance options with there financial person (forgot his name) to figure out roughly what the difference in payments would be. He was of no help and would not give me a straight answer. As a matter of fact he was a bit of a smart ass, commenting that the payments depended on your credit which would range from 3% to 21%. instead of discussing what my credit might be and giving me an approximate payment for each vehicle I was interested in. I actually got so frustrated i hung up on him and did not want to purchase a car there. My wife and daughter however did decide they wanted an Acura MDX and we financed at 3.75% through Sunmark federal credit union. I arranged it and bought the car from Ron (Nice sales guy) in one day. Overall salesman was good experience overall not great. When I picked up the car the girl wh handled the paperwork was great. Quick, organized and thorough. So I guess as long as you do not use them for financing your car you should have a positive experience!

Northeast Acura is the best car dealership I've ever dealt with. The staff is friendly and courteous. The sales people don't push, and the service guys are beyond excellent. This is my second Acura in 20 years, a 3.2 TL I purchased in 2002. Since it only has about 78K miles, I plan to drive it for a lot longer, but when I need a new car it will be another Acura. I've always had servicing performed at the dealership, and I find the service top notch. I would recommend Northeast to anyone.

Mostly we see service and Chris in Service ( mark the Service Manager) and the whol group ( Fenton, Brent, Josh, etc.) know their cars, their technologyand most important, their customers. We have bought 4 acura's there and the whole sales process is flawless. No pressure, you get a great deal up front, and they understand this is not a transaction, but a relationship

I purchased a 2012 Acura TL Advance a few weeks ago and I can't include enough glowing compliments for the "gang" at Northeast Acura. This is my fourth Acura, so needless to say, I'm in love with the product, but it's also the second Acura I purchased from Northeast. Although I live 70 miles away (with an Acura dealer much closer to my residence), I nevertheless chose to do business with Northeast. And not just once, but twice! Ron Berinstein my sales person was very nice, since the first step into the dealership; I have experienced a great customer service, professionalism and friendly individuals. I have owned 5 Hondas and this was my first "upgrade" to Acura. I was concerned that it was the only Acura dealership in the area, especially since there are 5 Honda dealers within 10 miles of the Acura dealership. But, the overall buying experience was great. They located the vehicle I wanted even though they didn't have it in stock and they were never pushy throughout the whole process. I have had my TSX tech for just over 6 months and I have no complaints... Thank you, Northeast!

I'm always impressed with the treatment and the service I get from Northeast Acura. The whole team from management to the service department never seem to let you down. From the start 20 years ago, they have never disappointed me and now I just got another new Acura and was thrilled again with everything that was done for me.

I had a very pleasant experience when I bought my 2006 Acura TSX at Northeast Acura. Dawn (my sales person) was very nice, she explained things about the car. She was very detailed in helping me and my purchase. I am extremely happy with my purchase of my vehicle and everyone was very friendly and helpful.

This is the first time that a car buying experience was so positive -- from the initial inquiry, car demo, purchase, payment, car explanation, and follow-up. I was treated like no other car dealership treated me in the past. I'm sold on ACURAs and in particular with the staff at Northeast Acura. Other dealerships should take a lesson from the salespeople, service staff, finance manager, and management team.

I have purchased my first Acura at the Northeast Acura dealership. Since the first step into the dealership, I have experienced nothing but a great customer service, professionalism and friendly individuals. The buying process was made very easy and fun, which helped me get through everything without any problems. The thing I liked most, was working with my sales person (Dawn). I'm an engineer and really need to understand all the numbers, where they come from and why, and she was great in helping me understand the value of the deal I got. Plus, they gave me more than what my 9-yr old trade-in was worth AND took into account I had just replaced the brakes on it as well and factored that into my deal. These guys are great.

This was my first luxury model purchase and compared to other car purchases I've made, I can't imagine buying from anyone else.

Highly recommended - these guys are pros for sure.

This was my first purchase with Northeast Acura and it could not have been a better experience. I have purchased several new/ used cars in the past, but this has to be one of the easiest and best experiences. John Berhaupt who sold me my Certified pre-owned 2009 Acura TL was excellent! His style is very knowledeable, calm, and very helpful. An absolute pleasure all around. They really do want your business as well as want to develop a solid relationship rather then being just transactional which you tend to find with other dealerships. I intend to tell my friends, as well as hopefully purchase additional vehicles from them in the future. Thanks John and Northeast Acura!

I purchased my vehicle from NEA 2 1/2 years ago and have always been well taken care of in the service department. As always with cars there have been some hiccups but the staff has consistently been accomodating with me and my vehicle.
