I know... Everyone loves this place. However, every time I go I get the impression they are trying too hard to turn the tables over. You get your salad our soup, and you aren't even finished with it before they bring the main course, and then the bill. I just feel I am being pushed out the door so they can give the table to someone else.
The food is good, however.
PROS: Good food, and lots of it
CONS: Always feel rushed

Why go Chain?
by gosabres
With so many great family Italian restaurants in the area, why go here? Went there during Christmas shopping last year and they had our entree out before I had a bite of my salad. Bill on the table less than five minutes later. Nothing like a relaxing twenty minute dinner.
Pros: consistent
Cons: chain minded service, food

VALUE ??
by gry99
With MANY good/great Italian Restaurants in the Buffalo/Niagara Area, Olive Garden is a safe bet but nothing special. I don't eat there because their wine prices are a rip off and the last time I was at the Walden Avenue location they were OUT of BEER!! A glass of just OK wine shouldn't cost the same as an entire bottle of OK wine from a wine store. Maybe I'm cheap, but often a small thing CAN make the difference. g
