      <description>&lt;p&gt;very good service, the people that work there knows the new stuff out and they give you advices which ones good to watch.. A+ for getting movies faster than any companies... I love this video store and mind you they are cheap for their rates... 3.00 per day and they have plans that act like movie pre-paids... which is really suitable for my needs... the place is really homey and you are always welcome&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>1 Stars:  CROOKS! Go Online or to Blockbuster (by john w.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;I started going to this local video store about two weeks ago as I was unsatisfied with lack of choices in my area.   The owner of the store kept trying to get me to sign up for a $50 plan, but I just wanted to rent 1 movie.  I rented the movie, but returned it one day late.  (The place only lets you rent 1 night)  Instead of making me the late fee, I agreed to sign up for 10 rentals for $25 with the bonus being that I could keep the movies out for 2 weeks.  I agreed to the deal and took another movie out but for this time, I had the movie out for 10 days as I was away for a 6 days and forgot to return the movie.  The owner left me several unusual messages on my phone rdemanding  the movie as it was a  new release and the ONLY copy in the store.   When I returned the movie and tried to rent another movie, they told me that $25 plan was erased by late fees and that I owed them $4 but would waive the fee if I got a new plan.  I told the guy they were crooks for lying about the plan and trying to get extra money from their customes. I'm presently having my CC company fight the charges.  Aside from their cramped store, limited copies of new releases, this cutomer service is Awful.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
