I purchased a Razr and have had a horrible user experience with battery life. When I tried to exchange it 2 weeks after the return period, I was told no for no apparently logical reason. It's just not their policy.\r

Whenever I go to Verizon, I always have to wait for service. When I went today, I had to wait about 20 minutes for a representative. The phone that I wanted (that was on the floor) was not in stock and had to be ordered. It will take 2-3 days to receive it. I was surprised that they have phones on display that they do not actually have. When I went to order it, I was told that I was eligible for a free new phone (up to $100) with a new 2 year contract. My new phone will cost very little money.

PROS: Verizon service, New every two deals
CONS: out of stock phones, service
