Even if the specific wine we're looking for isn't available, the staff is always able to offer alternatives backed by personal knowledge. Whenever we're in Rochester, this is our first (and last) stop if we need a bottle of something to bring to a party or just dinner with our families. My only complaint is that employees should spend less time having personal convesations with each other and more time consulting with customers.
