Their chef Yogi once spit in eggplant salad just to make a joke. Also he tastes food and puts the spoon right back in salads. Once I saw a guy dropped a tray with spinach/cheese pastrys, then he collected them and proceeded taking them in

One of the worst services I have ever received on Brighton. The food is OK but not great!

Out of all Russian Restaurants in Brooklyn this is one of the worst ones. Service is horrible, food is not authentic as per the entertainment its the cheesiest that I have seen in the long time. It's very loud and not exited.

Cons: Music, Foor, Service

The food in this restaurant is a little pricy but the food is simply delicious, particularly the chicken. The service is absolutely polite and patient, and the restaurant is very clean. A++

Like many upscale Russian restaurants, the Odessa Restaurant has two functions. By day, it's an eatery that offers some of the great staples of Russian and Ukrainian cuisine. The prices aren't bad, and there's no need for reservations or dress code. But by night, the restaurant turns into a rowdy, crazy night club: you can still get all the same food that you could order in the daytime, and watch dance, music, and sometimes even magic acts while you eat!

For the most part, the dance numbers are great. The costumes are very flashy (and sometimes very, very skimpy), the choreography is great. When it comes to music, however, it's a hit or miss. But take your chances: at the least, you'll be able to make snarky comments about the singers while you eat your food.

PROS: Good food
CONS: Uneven entertainment
