Horrible customer service!

They made a mistake with an item of mine and would not reimburse me even though it was THEIR mistake! I have gone to them numerous times in the past but this was ridictulous and I am taking my business else where! Who treats a regular customer that way! There was no comprimising with them and as an individual who works in sales and customer service myself, their attitude was in excusable.

Great service, went out of his way to please me

I was looking for a shop to do my printing in a rush and I came to swift copy. I was shocked to find that my invitation cards were done in less then 6 hours with the quality that I was blown away by as well as friendly customer service. Keep up the good work.

A full color banner was given at !0:00 am and it was ready at 5:00 p.m. Price was very reasonable and I was shocked with super fast service.

i called everywere and no one helped me print rush buisness cards. the buisness cars were printed within 4 hrs i was shocked with their good customer service

may be a waste of time

Don't use their online ordering system. Staff is ill informed of their orders placed online and you won't know where or when your order arrives.
