Poor Service, high rates.

In fairness to yourself, try several different agencies before going this this insurance broker. The rates are really high and the service is lacking. Trying to find a person who can understand you when you are trying to communicate with them regarding policy matters leaves you with only more questions that you are left to answer on your own. I would rate this company a 2 out of 10. ( not recommended)

Welp...if you qualify for Tri State Consumer Auto use Tristate. I switched from the insurers offered by Lee's as soon as I could. My annual premium went from 3,200 a year down to $968 a year.
Only use these guys if you are desperate to get auto insurance, otherwise Tristate is the best value. No offense to these guys who try but they can't beat the value of tristate.
