I found Ronni when I was 24, and had been tweezing very thick brown hairs on my chin since age 14. Actually, at age 14 my parents paid for not-very-good electrolysis that did not improve the condition.

Ronni made me promise to put down my tweezers--clip if necessary--and she would do the rest.

I saw her for a number of years. Yes, that's right, folks, years. In the beginning, for 1.5 hours per week. My medical condition, PCOS, resulted in inappropriate body hair on my face only. Some sufferers get lots of body hair--chest, back--I did not. My face did, and so, as a woman in this society, I had to deal with it.

Actually, Ronni dealt with it.

Until today, I had not seen her for four years--I really did not need to. However, now at age 60, one or two renegade hairs had grown back (or new hairs arrived), and in one 15-minute session, it seems that the entire crop is gone.

At 24, I was mortified about the hair on my face. As I let Ronni work on me in my first session, I laid there laughing, with utter relief, that finally I had the money (just enough, week-to-week), the courage (for the little jabs of pain from the electricity), and a person who was and is competent to really do the job.

I was told that Electrolysis was not an option for
dark skin. Then a friend of mine told me she had
cleared her face and neck doing Electrolysis.
She was going to Ronni's and her skin looked
smooth and beautiful. I went for a consultation.
I followed the rules for after-care and now I have
no more unwanted hair and my skin is smooth.
I am very happy and would absolutely recommend
this place to anyone who is interested in taking
the permanant route.

The project I took on was extremely daunting. I never
thought I could stick to it. I actually began to look forward to my appointments. The hair started to go
away. This is something I would recommend to anyone

I thought about doing this forever. I carried Ronni's
card in my purse for years. I knew I would be
getting started on a huge project and wouldn't be
able to stop. Well I became obsessed with Electrolysis.
I was getting rid of my hair and this made me so happy.
I was always thinking about what area I would do next.
I've been doing this for a few years but have made so
much progress. Soon I will be hairless in all the places
that bothered me. Don't wait too long. This really works!

It makes me want to cry when I remember how miserable my facial hair made me. I did everything I could to hide my problem. Unfortunately it kept getting worse. I tried everything I heard about that promised to rid me of this problem. I spent a fortune on waxing, threading and laser.
The hair just got darker and thicker and multiplied. I was
hesitant to do Electrolysis because I realized it was a real
commitment. Finally after all the other failures I called Ronni Kolotkin's office. Went for a consultation. I had a very positive feeling that I was finally on the right track. Yes, it did take a year. Yes, it did cost. But not as much as Laser and guess what! My hair is gone. My skin is
smooth. I am happy. Thank you very much!

I wanted to get rid of my Bikini hair. I tried everything
else. My in-grown hairs were awful. It kept getting
worse and worse. I went to another place for
Electrolysis and it was terribly painful. A friend told
me that she had her legs done at Ronni's and it
was very pleasant and they used ice to numb her.
It sounded great to me. I went there. It took one year.
Just like they promised. My bikini line is smooth
and hairless. I am very pleased and would recommend
this great place to anyone who has a problem with
unwanted hair.

I went here to work on my lip and chin. Got that done. Did my bikini line, etc., etc. That's all done. I go here for
really good facials. I really enjoy going to Ronni's office.
I feel that it's an oasis in the middle of the city. Now I'm
going to start my teenage daughter before she begins
messing with her hair. No one is perfect. At least that
I know of. If you want to look good, you have to pay the
price. This is a price worth paying. It works! Everyone
is very nice. The place is quite lovely. I'm really glad
they are here.

Everytime I put an honest review on citysearch, Ronni's office has it removed. Let me keep this brief. Ronni has a clean office with friendly staff. However, the service from associates if subpar and expensive. I have found a better electrolysist who is more efficient, cheaper, has a less painful machine and does not cause scabbing to my skin. You may like Ronni's office, but my advice is to ignore the other reviews on this site (they are obviously coming from Ronni's office) and shop around before signing away your savings. I pay $20 for 15 minutes at my current, superior electrolysist, and was paying at least $60 at Ronni's office for 15 mintues.

I went to Ronni's place a few times. Felt it was a little
pricey. Wanted to see what my other options were. I
love options. So I went to another Electrolysist uptown.
First of all. I waited 45 minutes for my treatment to
begin after my appointment time. This is a real problem
for me because I actually went there on my lunch break.
Then, the person who was working on my actually was
on the phone the entire time making plans for dinner.
The next time I had an appointment when I got to the
office there was a note on the door saying something had come up and she couldn't make it. That was the
end! How can I go to a place like that? I consider this
abuse. So when I considered the time I lost from my
day I felt that the cost of this new place was much too
high. I really appreciate professional, attentive service.
This is what you get at Ronni's place. Now, I would never put up with anything less that the best! That's
what you get here.

I have been thinking about this for years. My out of
control facial hair situation has taken up an amazing
amount of emotional energy. I have been carrying
around Ronni Kolotkin's business card for ages.
Today was my first appointment. I am so excited!
Everything about this place says"PROFESSIONAL"
This is just what I am looking for. I had my first
treatment and can't wait for more. I'm throwing away
my tweezer and my was machine. This is it. A new
beginning.

I can't believe it took me this long to make this commitment! I knew in my heart that this was the
only real, and true way to get rid of your hair. I guess
it was the commitment that I was afraid of. Don't wait!
This is something that makes you feel soooooo good!
You get rid of you hair. It never comes back. It's an
investment in time and money. But so worth every minute and every dollar! this really changes your life like nothing else you can do!

I tried lots of things that did not work. I thought about my
unsightly hair all the time. Always felt that others were
looking at me and thinking my hair was disgusting. My
neck. My chest. My uni-brow. My shoulders and arms.
I obsessed everyday. All day long. I heard about Electrolysis. I knew people who said it really worked. I
decided to try Laser. It seemed easy and fast. I didn't read
the small print that said "PERMANENT REDUCTION" I opted for the "quick fix" I didn't want to commit to the old
reliable. Well, I paid dearly. I spent thousands of $$$ and guess what happened? I ended up with more hair.
What a terrible feeling! So finally I came to my senses
and decided to really make a commitment! Well folks
I'm here to tell you that Electrolysis really works. Yes, it's slow. Yes it's expensive. But if you go to the real
professionals - it really does work! So guess what?
I paid the price. Now my hair is gone. Skin is smooth.
So maybe I couldn't go to Rio. But I feel so good about
myself. I have not regrets. Don't waste your time and

When I went away to college I realized it wasn't cool to have hairy legs, underarms and facial hair. I didn't really know about being feminine. My college roommate was only concerned about looking good and
getting dates. She informed me in no uncertain terms that
men where not attracted to women with mustaches. I really wanted to fit in so I bought a tweezer and started to
pull out my chin hairs and even started to pull out my
arm and leg hair. This became my very favorite pastime!
I became obsessed with digging and pulling hair! Then to my amazement the hair began to get thicker and grow in faster and faster. This was a total nightmare! Then I started waxing! Things got worse! Then I tried Laser
and my hair started to multiply by the minute! Even though I was so embarrassed, I asked my doctor what I should do about my ever increasing hair growth. He told me that Electrolysis was the only way to get rid of
this problem forever. He gave me the business card for

I went to see Ronni the other day and didn't realize
that I hadn't been there in almost two years. I thought
it was about 6 months since my last treatment. When
I first began the process of Electrolysis I was going for
about one hour per week for my neck and chin problem.
I had been tweezing and waxing for too long. It was
very difficult to surrender (as Ronni calls it) to the process
and believe it will really work. Well I am here to tell you
it is the most wonderful thing you can ever do for yourself.
I'm thinking maybe I should start working on a new area
because I actually miss those guys at Ronni's and her
adorable puppies too! I am very satisfied! Thank you! I am a true believer. I am the real proof!

Please be ware of the risks associated with electrolysis, especially on the face! My close friend was recently treated and burned by Ronni's staff and now has bumpy skin on her face that is discolored and pitting. It has been many weeks and she has not seen improvement. Please carefully consider the risks of this treatment! I urge you to google "electrolysis skin damage" and think twice so you won't end up with regrets. Better to have hair that you can remove than scars that you can't.

I tried everything else to get rid of my facial hair! I began
thinking nothing would ever work! I overheard some
women talking about their Electrolysis in my nail place.
They showed me their hairless parts. So smooth. This
is what I've always dreamed about. I went to Ronni Kolotkin's

I started waxing my face because my friend told me the hair would eventually go away. Instead it kept getting thicker and thicker. What a nightmare! I went to a laser place and the tech slipped Ronni's card into my hand once we were alone - and told me to have Electrolysis instead and that laser wouldn't work. How can I ever thank her? She literally saved my life. I did go to Ronni's! Now after a year (just what they told me) my facial hair is gone and I can live like a normal person. This is the best thing I have ever done for myself. I wish I had done it sooner!

I was looking for a professional establishment to go to for hair removal and facials. My Doctor told me this is the only place she recommends for these services. What could be better than getting a recommendation from a professional you trust. I went here. Felt comfortable. Taken care of. The
office is clean and comfortable. The staff is welcoming,
warm and friendly. My Electrolysis is working amazingly well. The facials are the best I've had - anywhere! Now I'm considering having Eyelash Extensions. The whole staff has them and they look amazing! I'm a happy client!

I am very happy. I can take my shirt off in public and not
worry. I honestly didn't believe anything could do the
trick on my thick body hair. I was waxing and it was hell! I had to wait each time for the hair to get long enough. Then I had to deal with painful ingrown hairs. Then I thought it was getting worse. I knew laser didn't work because my sister worked as a tech in a laser place and told me "don't do it" She actually started going to Ronni's for Electrolysis and was secretly sending her clients there because she felt sorry for them. She said it worked. I went. It did! Now my sister is becoming an Electrolosist! She really wants to help people. This is a good thing! I told the staff and Ronni's how happy I was. They asked me to

I suffered for so long because of my facial hair! I tried everything under the sun to get rid of it. Nothing worked.
I heard about Electrolysis but though it would be painful,
expensive, and maybe it wouldn't work. I went to a few other Electrolysis centers but they were very unprofessional. I checked into Citysearch and read all

I have needed electrolysis for quite some time now and kept talking myself out of it. I went to Ronni's office for the first time yesterday and I am so happy.

The thing that terrified me was how was I going to look after treatment, because I need it on my face and chin and I didn't want anyone to notice. Plus I figured I would have to walk around all hairy for a few days.

Well no extreme redness, and I don't have to walk around all hairy. PLUS they gave me this fantastic liquid tint for my areas to use for two days after the procedure that covers better than my clinique makeup does.

Although I can tell it will become an addictive behavior.

Ok, it has been 6 weeks, and although I am not even close to being done I am so excited about my progress.

When I first started electrolysis I stopped plucking and started shaving. I had to shave twice a day to hide the hair, and it was so damn coarse. Now each coarse hair has been treated and I only have to shave maybe once a day and I can barely feel the hair. The old hair would have popped a balloon!!

I still have a good amount of treatments ahead of me, but I really didn't expect to see results this fast. My skin is so much nicer, and I have stopped breaking out from the plucking. Janna the electrologist I see, said when I came in my chin and neck was basically one big scab, and it has healed since electrolysis.

I was so afraid to start because of the redness/scabbing, having to shave, and even just having to admit that I had a problem BUT I am so happy I did. I have some bumps for 24-48 hours after the treatments, but as a person who has suffered from acne in the past, I can handle it. Plus, they give you a great product to cover up the area for 48 hours that works wonders.

I am estimating it will cost between $2,000 and $3,000 when I am done (I had a lot of hair on my chin and neck). It seems like a lot, but my self confidence has already improved greatly. I thought I would be plagued forever trying to hide my face, but I cry at the thought that in less than a year I will be free from my facial hair troubles. It will be worth every cent I will pay. Stop putting it off, and do it. You will be so thankful you did.

I was very confused about hair removal. I tried so many other things and nothing else worked. My problem was
getting worse every day. Then I went to Ronni's office.
Everyone was so nice and caring. They explained
everything to me. Even though I wanted to believe
Electrolysis would work it was so difficult because of
all the other methods that made things worse. I decided this was my last chance. If this didn't work
I was out of options. Well just like they promised, in
a few months everything started to change and my
hair began to come back less and less. Now after
a year I'm really 99% hairfree except for a few stray
fuzzy hairs that I know will be gone any minute. This is the most amazing thing! It has truly changed my life and I will be forever grateful to Ronni Kolotkin and her

Ronni is simply the best electrologist a woman (or man) could hope for. She is informative, kind, and gentle, and you walk away not only unwanted hair-free but with a new friend, too! For years I've agonized over unwanted hair in places I thought no one else had hair, but Ronni made me realize that many women find themselves in the same position. I tried expensive laser treatments at several different facilities to no avail. Then I came to Ronni and saw results immediately. After only my first treatment, the amount of unwanted hair had been reduced by 75%. My life has changed because of Ronni. I am much more confident in and out of bed! There is no reason to see anyone else but her for electrolysis.

I've gone to Ronni for about a year and a half now. She's a great person and her office is a true find. It seems unbelievable that hair removal can be both permanent and pleasant, but this is what Ronni delivers. I've had my upper lip and chin done, and the difference is dramatic. Ronni is warm, professional, compassionate and down to earth, and the people who work for her are fabulous as well. The office is clean and pleasant, they play mellow music, and your appointment is actually relaxing! The results are reliable and permanent - a great relief for anyone who's struggled w/ unwanted hair, and worth every penny. I cannot recommend Ronni's office highly enough - it's an investment in yourself that's absolutely worth making!

During my 30's, I began developing this awful, dark, facial hair, so I would just pluck it out with a tweezer. I work full-time and I have two small children, so I have very little time for myself. After a while, I found myself tweezing twice a day and I became very embarrassed because of the stubble that would develop by the end of each day. I went on-line and found Ronnie's site and these reviews. I hoped that one day I would be one of Ronnie's success stories. Well, I am happy to say that I am. I was very lucky and began seeing results after 3 months. It works and it does not hurt. I even stopped using the numbing cream after a while. However, you must listen to Ronnie and follow her skin care instructions. Also, you have to agree to stop tweezing forever!!!!

I have now completed Electrolysis on my entire face. Lip, chin, sideburns! FREEDOM!!!! It's the
best thing I have ever spent my money on. I was saving to buy an apartment. Now with the
economy being so uncertain, I decided to hold on to my savings and have my body completely
de-haired. Section by section. This has honestly made me happier than I've ever been as
far as I can remember. I was so self concious and embarassed by the unsightly hair on my
face. I felt like everyone was probably staring at me. Because I'm half Italian and half Spanish
I have a real problem with unwanted hair. I tried every other method of hair removal. Nothing

Last year I made a New Years Resolution to finally get rid of my horrible facial hair situation. By
then I was tweezing everyday. Sometimes twice a day. A couple of years ago I went off "the pill"
I didnt' know at the time that this could cause hair growth on my face. At first it wasn't too bad
but then a friend told me to wax. This was great! I went to my regular nail place and had them
wax my chin, lip and sides of my face. I was thrilled at first. My face was smooth and hair free!
Then in a few months of doing this I noticed that the hairs were coming in darker and stronger.
So not only was I waxing but started tweezing in between waxing treatments. I honestly felt like
I was in the middle of the worst nightmare imaginable. I was constantly pulling the hairs out
of my face. They were coming in faster and darker. I thought I was becoming a man! I was
too embarassed to even confide to my sister what was going on. I started to do some research
and also asked my Dermatologist what I should do. I was considering Laser hair removal but
thank heavens my Doctor told me that Laser really wasn't really permanant and could actually
scar me if it wasn't done the right way. She told me that Electrolysis was really the only way
to get rid of my problem forever. She told me she always recommended Ronni Kolotkin because
she had actually seen great results from her and even had gone there herself. What a great
recommendation! So last January I bit the bullet and made the call. They told me that I could
actually be rid of my problem in one year! They also told me that I could never, ever pull any of
the hairs out because If I did it wouldn't work. I was a little afraid but really trusted my Doctor.
So I began having treatments at Ronni Kolotkin's. Everyone was so kind and understanding
and helpful. Now it is 2009 and it's true! I AM REALLY HAIR FREE! HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ME!

I have been a satisfied client of Ronni's for almost 10 years. She and her staff are very pleasant to work with, they truly care and will make sure I am satisfied with their services every single time. I have enjoyed both electrolysis (yes, enjoyed!) and facials from Ronni and her staff. The office is warm, inviting, clean and aesthetically very pleasing. Ronni is personally dedicated in making sure everyone is comfortable and cared for. Plus she always has my current favorite magazines to browse before my appointment! Honestly I didn't take the policy at Ronni's seriously. The first time I had to cancel at the last minute
and they told me I would be charged I was furious! I thought that because this was the first time
they should make an exception and give me a break. I actually got nasty with the person who
answered the phone. Now they don't want me to come back there! I have since been to other
places and now appreciate this place! I am so upset that I am writing this hoping I can get back
in there! I have now tried other places and the results were horrible. Dirty offices. Electrolosists
who talk on the phone while removing your hair. Waiting forever in smelly waiting rooms. And,
the worst thing is having my hair tweezed instead of removed the right way! So now I'm going to
call Ronni Kolotkin and beg her to let me come back. Hopefully after I tell her about this review I
am posting she will forgive me and take me back!! After my boyfriend dumped me I didn't even
feel this bad. This is the worst!

If you want a really beautiful and professional place to have great Electrolysis and Facials
this is it! Everyone is lovely beyond, beyond! The results are excellent! It's like going into

We all know how hard it is to find the love of your life ? well that is, what Ronni is for me. I love her as a woman, a friend, who walks this earth ? but what I most need, and love Ronni for, is being my electrologist. For my aesthetic needs, Ronni is the woman, whom, I need the most - without her, facing this harsh world would be impossible?she is a fix in the department of beauty. She allows us to function as strong, confident women, after she has taken care of the most disempowering problems we have to face as women ? the embarrassing unwanted female enemy ? undesirable facial fluff, as I would like to put it. Ronni, softens our problems.

I searched for years, (6 years), going back to Australia on 24, to 30 hour flights, when all along, she was just around the corner ? the gem of my life, the key to my female challenges. The freedom ?

It took me a while to write my referral, but it deserved the wait, the thought, that I wanted to express; Ronni deserved my precious time, for a great write-up. She?s not ordinary, therefore a referral from the heart, was the only referral Ronni deserved, and that?s what I wanted her to have. Ronni is my saviour ? I did alot of research before choosing Ronni's and was blown away by all their great reviews, and they all turned out to be true. Ronni is simply amazing at what she does and you will see results with her in a short period of time. I highly recommend her. I was however very disappointed with the other members of her team. They are very slow and do not remove all the hair. I also felt a lot of tweezing which I did not feel while having work done by Ronni. I do not think that they should charge the same amount as Ronni as they do not have the superior skills that Ronnie has. I will continue to see Ronni because she has changed my life in ways I can't begin to describe with words. Thank you Ronni!

There are many things to like about this place. It's bright and clean and quiet and very pleasant.
The other thing I like is that sometimes I can't schedule in advance so, you can see different
people who are available. Everyone seems well trained. I have seen a few different Electrolosists
and they have all been skilled and professional. The support staff is always pleasent as well. I
feel very at home here and It's so relaxing that I have even fallen asleep during my treatment.
I've been going for about 4 months and am seeing amazing results already. I had tried laser
first and ended up with much more hair than I started with. It cost me a small fortune. When I complained
they told me they would give me some free sessions. Why would I want that when I doesn't
even work and even makes the hair grow more. I found this place on Citysearch and just wanted
everyone who reads this to know this is a great place!

Went there once but will not be going back. Dawn was nice and did make me feel comfortable but was so slow. She did not get to all the hair on my lip and left a few very obvious hairs. Also I noticed that the hairs did not fall out after being treated but went from black to blonde. The cost is much higher than what I have paid at other places. I have been to four other electrolysis centers over the years so I have something to compare this place to. I think that the other reviewer might have a point about fake reviews. I feel like I went to a different place than what was described in some of these glowing reviews.

Ronni Kolotkin may be the best electrologist in New York City. I first went to Ronni almost 18 years ago for my eyebrows, which I had been plucking. She convinced me to let some grow in, and reshaped them to an absolutely perfect shape. Recently, I returned to have her do my bikini area. She simply does a wonderful job.

I have referred both my oldest childhood friend and my sister (who had been to several electrologists before, without consistent results) to Ronni. Both love her, and neither would now go to anyone else. In addition to removing hair permanently in as few sessions as possible, Ronni?s smart and has a great aesthetic sense you can depend on. I would not trust anyone else nearly as much.

I had always heard that this really hurt. These people were so warm and totally caring from my
first call. Then when I walked in the front door I was not only greeted by a lovely receptionist
but there were two of the most adorable little dogs in the waiting room sitting on a clients lap.
I had a consultation with Jennifer. She was very sweet and compassionate about my problem.
I was afraid it would be torture but guess what? I still can't believe this. I actually fell asleep
during the hair removal process. I was actually sorry to come to the end of my session.
I can't say enough about this great experience! I can't wait for my next appointment. I'm actually
thinking of more areas to tackle. If every business was run as well as this one life would be
so much more wonderful! I am completely blown away and couldn't wait to tell everyone.

I always look for a good deal. A bargain. A low price. I decided to try Electrolysis after doing
Laser and everything else under the sun. I even tried a few places that seemed reasonable.
Some places didn't seem clean. Some kept me waiting for up to one hour for my appointment.
Everyone answered the phone during my session. I was pretty discouraged. I'm very particular
about customer service. Then I decided to bite the bullet and try one of the higher priced places.
I made an appointment to see someone at Ronni's place. I couldn't believe the difference. The place
is beautiful. I never have waited one minute beyond my appointment time. Everyone is always
friendly and welcoming. They never, ever anwer the phone duing my appointment. I get 110%
full complete attention. The results are exceptional! After 6 months I am seeing tremendous
changes in the amount of hair I have. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone who
wants to be treated with respect, care and total professionalism. It's honestly worth the
investment if you care about how you're treated and a clean place is important to you. Pick up
the phone and make the call today. I'm sorry I waited as long as I did. And by the way they're
open 7 days a week and it's fine if you switch between Electrolosists. They're all good and
well trained. Be prepared for their strict cancellation policys - they don't fool around. No kidding!

I have been to many electrolysis centers over the years and have had
numerous parts of the body worked on, upper lip, eyebrows, bikini
area, chest hairs, underarms etc... Ronni and her staff are friendly,
professional, efficient and fun. This is the best electrolysis center
i have been to and i know they are hard to find. There is no other
place in the city to go to.

Came to get electrolysis for the first time here with Ronni. Needless to say that i was very nervous about the whole thing. It hurt, sure, and i was expecting it to. But it wasn't as bad as i thought it was going to be at all. and now i have way less hair!! Which is entirely the point. Oh what women will do to be beautiful. the staff was great, Ronni took care of me, and i will definitely be back.,

I only do business with the best! This is no exception! They are top rated. Great location! Professional!
If you're looking for the best place in the world for permanant hair removal, this is where it's at! I did lots
of research. Tried every other method of hair removal. This is the way to go if you're really serious
about getting great results in a place where they really do care and treat you like you are a valuable
client. You can try the rest then try the best - or you could go immediately to the #1 hair removal
place there is! I am thrilled at the results. This really works!

If there is such a thing as 'blissful electrolysis' it can be found here. Ronni and her associates have achieved the impossible--turning an often unpleasant, embarrasing procedure into what feels like a day at the spa. I've seen Ronni and a couple of the other associates(all trained by her) over the past few years and have succesfully cleared my upper lip, stomach, hands, breasts, and have made significant progress on my bikini line. I only wish I had started sooner and initially done more. Yes, it has costed me a small fortune but like many other clients have already stated---WORTH EVERY PENNY!!

This review is way overdue. A few years ago I was seeing an Electrolosist who unfortunately died
suddenly. I was in the middle of having basically my whole body done. Well, that was a horrible
shock and set-back for me. I tried many places but had only bad experiences. Then I was looking
on Citysearch and saw all of the great reviews for A. Ronni Kolotkin. I decided to try one more place.
I was so desperate to continue my Electrolysis! Let me also say that I really know a good treatment
from a bad one! I started having work done at Ronni's about 2 years ago. I can't begin to say how
thrilled I am at the great results I have had. I have also sent so many friends and family members
and they are each and every one of them absolutely thrilled at the results they are getting. I realize
that Electrolysis is a long process and is also quite costly but honestly, it is so worth the time and
money spent because it is totally permanant and the results are life transforming. Ronni's office is
located at such a great place near all subways. The office itself is beautiful and clean. The whole
staff is lovely and extremely welcoming and accomodating. I'm so glad that I found this place.
My only worry is that once all of the hair that I've hated for so long is completely gone I am honestly
going to miss going to this great place. By the way I've had a few facials there and they are
also top notch. So, I will still have something to go to Ronni's for! So, in conclusion - if anyone
is considering taking this major step toward a hairfree life. Don't wait! It's the best!

I can truly say that coming to Ronni Kolotkin last spring was the best decision I could have ever made. After just over a year, I have seen a drastic reduction in hair and am certain I am on my way to finally being hair-free. I tried an electrologist once before in the Philadelphia area and was devastated by the results. After a visit to RK, any irritation to the skin is nearly unnoticable in as little as 2 days and I never feel like any special precautions need to be taken to hide my treatment. The staff is pleasant, knowledgable, and genuinely cares. Ronni has personally made every effort to ensure that my hairloss goals are achieved, even shuffling her personal schedule to do so on one dire occasion. Highly recommended!

Pros: It works!, very nice staff, convenient location, open daily, ask for Ronni

I came to Ronni Kolotkin out of pure desperation. I felt tortured by my tons of unwanted hair.
I was waxing, tweezing, shaving and bleaching all the time. It was beginning to feel like
a full time job. Then I tried Laser. What a waste of good money. My hair actually came
back double. It was gone for awhile then when it returned, it came back worse than ever.
I honestly felt like I couldn't go on like that! I felt cursed! Like a freak! Then my friend
who is a doctor told me about Ronni Kolotkin's office and explained that Electrolysis
was the only thing that worked. Forever!! I had so many bad experiences with hair removal
and false claims that I was very skeptical. But I figured I try just one more thing. I really
did trust my friend. So I called Ronni's office and made an appointment. I have to say
that they are very busy and it's not so easy getting an appointment. But I began one year
ago! I have seen every Electrologist at Ronni's and they are all, each and every one of
them lovely. Professional, caring, and great to talk to! I actually began to look forward to
my regular treatments. Trust me, it's a total commitment. It's not cheap either. But I honestly
only wish I had started much sooner. I would have saved lots of time, money and heartache.
By the way the office is beautiful. There are two of the cutest dogs who are friendly and
funny. The support front desk staff is also very helpful, compassionate and sweet. I would
really recommend this place to anyone ready to take a permanant move to finally get
rid of the hair they hate. They also do great facials! Thank you Ronni Kolotkin, Yuki,
Dawn, Hila and Lisa. You have all helped me more that I can say. And probably saved
my life. I am a changed woman. I have so much less hair now. I am a new person!
Now life is good!!!!
