Just about the best sandwiches in NYC. Quasi gourmet - but without loosing sight of what makes a good sandwich. The prices are reasonable about $6 and any add ons are free. Plus these guys just rock.

Pros: amazing cheap

Cons: a hole in the wall

.

Been comin to this spot for years! Friendly service, usually quick, and easily one of the best sandwiches in the city. For a $6 dollar sanwich you can't beat this. The freshest ingredients, lots of meat, and amazing combinations. Turkey brie pear for me

Pros: Sandwiches

Cons: Close early sometimes

Joey Cramarossa's is the one-man band behind this take-out sandwich shop housed in a former broom closet. He makes any sandwich to order for less than $6 piling on more meat, cheese or garnish upon request, at no extra charge. For Cramarossa, huge portions, cheap prices and top-shelf ingredients (bread from Parisi and Pane Antiqua bakeries, fresh fruits and vegetables from Chinatown) are the name of the game. And the jokes come free.
