We've been using Upstate Carpet Care for the last several years at the recommendation of a friend, who has been using them for an even longer time, and we've been very pleased with their work, and price.

I hired this place to do our yearly carpet cleaning. What a disgrace, they not only left mud foot prints when they left but also charged us some hidden fee;s for hard to reach carpet areas. How rude!
