Although we have not yet purchased anything from them, we are currently considering a sectional and a dining room set.

We really like the personable service and the welcoming atmosphere. The salespeople are not pushy which is a huge plus!

The owner is visible and approachable and we look forward to doing business with them soon!

We recently purchased 2 recliners from Furniture Plus. We were told 10 days for delivery... 10 days came & went and there was no phone call from Furniture Plus, so I called them. The chairs were going to be delayed a few days. Again, no calls, I had to call. Finally 3 weeks later, my chairs showed up and one had a cracked leg! I called to complain & they said that they would order the part. Again, no phone calls and the part was delayed. Two weeks go by and the stuffing starts to come out of my brand new chairs! I called FP and they sent someone out to look at them. We decided we wanted a refund or exchange on different chairs. So we went to the store & paid more $ for new chairs. Their prices aren't all that competitve either

I understand that the delays were out of their hands, but have the courtesy to call the customer and let them know there is a delay.
