Excellent dentist, I don't know what that other person is saying, but I went there for 2 wisdom teeth to be pulled. He gave me NO2, then a couple of shots of Novocaine, and proceeded to work. He told me everything that was going on, the procedure was minimally painful, and only took 10 minutes. I only went once, but I was very impressed with his work ethic and his professionalism.I think that the person who wrote this first review just didn't like him because he's a black dentist, not Asian or white.
He is the worst to go to. His hands shake, even while giving a Novocain shot and while drilling. His hygienist's chipped a tooth of my son's fiance and another patient. Both had to have the tooth fixed. He is one of the few dentist's in our area to take medicaid. My son's fiance isn't covered by us or her patients (she's 25) so uses medicaid. She needed some major dental work from other unfinished dentists while growing up on medicaid. Dr. Saint Hill wanted to do 3 root canals but it was turned down by medicaid for being too expensive ($1000). So at the next visit he insisted that the teeth get pulled, which medicaid would cover and he would get paid for that. Umm, he just wanted the money. No way were we making that decision to have the teeth pulled at that moment. We went to my dentist for a second opinion. My dentist said these teeth did not need to be pulled, just alot of fillings and/or capped. So she went to my dentist for the work to be done. also, we were told that medicaid may not cover the partial plate son's fiance would need after the teeth were pulled. No one should have to make these decisions, especially at 25. Dr. Saint Hill should retire.
