Have been working out at Groundfloor for a few years now. Everyone there is so helpful, encouraging and professional. The owner Joie is always looking out for you, helping you get a schedule that works....and the workout is great. It has changed my body completely. I suffered from backaches for years. Now I am stronger and painfree.

Pros: Great location, clean with ample exercise equiptment

I am getting married this year and I was in the market to find a place where I can begin Pilates to tone up. There are so many different options in the city, but a friend of mine recommended that I try Groundfloor. I will never go anywhere else - this is the nicest, warmest place I have ever been.

The instructros work with you very closely and really help you to reform your techniques. Everyons is so friendly and they make you feel really good while you are there. If you are looking for a place to begin Pilates or need a change, I would definitely try Groundfloor.
