Firestone Complete Auto Care

I wanted to tell about the best experience I have ever had at an automotive facility. I went in for 4 tires and an oil change,I was in and out in 1 hours time,No hard selling very very comfortable waiting area,very clean.The new Store manager Mr Dion was very accomodating on keeping me informed on my vehicle,and the other staff was very knowledgable and very friendly all the way down to the techinicians. I would reccomend this facility to anyone in the area,Mr Dion is absolutely the most impressive reapir facility manager I have ever encountered and he should be recognized for his care for his customers.he listens to their needs and addresses them promptly and accordingly,Thankyou Mr Dion I will tell everyone about my truly positive experience and reccomend this shop to everyone who will listen..There has been negative comments in the past,but the new manager seems to be living up to everyones expectations and will do anything to make sure customers are overwhelmed by the unique experience he will give you!!!!!

They over charge their customers. I brought my car and told them I think I am having a problem with the alternator. They replaced the alternator and with their ""discount"" the bill came to $517. They had diagnostic charges, labor was 120 and the rebuilt alternator was $350!!!! Across the street they sell the alternators for $180 minus $20 when you turn in the core and brand new for $220. They definitely gouge their customers!!!! I would advise to only use them for oil changes and do not have work done when they try to push other items off on you.

nice reviews but what about the people that get work they dont need and pressured by mr.david (oh there are 2,the one with only one hand),about trying to over sell me to have tires i did not need ,and tried to tell me my brakes were bad when they were only 13,000 miles new?He felt I was a female so assumed I did not know about cars,my dad is a professional racecar mechanic in the south.

I have taken my car here a number of times to get oil changes and tire rotations.
They are really friendly and helpful when it comes to their customers.
They go out of their way to help you and find you a great deal too.
They get my car in and out very quickly!

I took my car in hoping to get a quick oil change done, and this Firestone exceeded my expectations. Not only were they able to get me in on the spot, without an appointment, they were fast and accepted my discount coupon. They thoroughly checked over my car and provided recommendations on parts and services needed, but didn't pressure me to have them done. I was very satisfied and will go back for future service.
