The complaints out there about Dell service are about the Dell corporation. Not this business. This place does great work. They have done repairs on my Dell dekstops and laptops without a hitch.

This guy sounds like competitor of this business trying to slam this company. If this guy was under warranty and could get the job done for nothing then why did he go to a local shop? I know my own experience and my friends that have had service done there has been very good and they deliver the service expected for a business thats been around for such a long time.

They are not authorized repair center for DELL, HP or Toshiba. They use old parts for repair, and charge people as new item. I have my DELL laptop check out there, and they want to charge me $500 for aftermarket motherboard. I call DELL, and my machine was still under warranty. A DELL technician came to my house, and repaired the power button free of charge.

Sysut Computers handles sales, repairs and parts for all computers, although DELL computers are their specialty. They carry computers to sell to you, and the components, accessories, and do repairs.

Sysut Computers is a very honest store, they will analyze your computer, tell you what it needs, and if it can be fixed. Estimates are happily given, and the repairs are done skillfully and professionally, as fast as possible. They do not do bait and switch, if they say they performed a service, the service was done, and the part was replaced. This is refreshing in a field where there are many stores that cheat their customers, lie to them, and in general do not do the right thing.

The gentleman working at Sysut know their business, and they are busy enough so that they can be honest and do a good job fixing your computer, or in telling you that it cannot be fixed, whichever the case may be. They carry many parts and accessories for all types of computers, and are very knowledgeable, and will share their knowledge with you in a friendly way.

Sysut Computers is a little out of my neighborhood but they do good work and I like them a lot. Last time my laptop died they spent a long to get it up and running long enough for me to retrieve important files. I eventually got a new laptop but at least I got a few more miles out of the old one. They do great work and I would recommend them to anyone. Even if they are located in Brooklyn.

This is a nice computer place where they sell different parts and help you out as much as they can when you have problems with you computer. It is a big store. They have little parts/converters that you wouldnt find in other stores. Its a store that can go a log with the song, "I know what i want and i want it now" They will almost always have it.
