white top is an excellent car service! whenever I call they have a car to me with in 5 minutes. Most of the people i know use them because they are punctual and available. They also charge the going rate I used them many times and never got over charged.

You look up car service in the yellow pages and assume that since they are listed, they want your business. Right? Wrong! The dispatcher practically yells when they take your order. They then track down a car and send it to you. If you ask for a price quote, they won't give it to you. The drivers often overcharge. However, if you are in a bind they have a lot of drivers so chances are you'll probably get a car with them.
