Excellent service and product from start to finish! Measured perfectly, carpet came in when they stated it would. The installers were a couple of minutes late, but CALLED to let us know. The job was done, perfectly, cleanly and professionally, would definitely use Carpet Express of Mastic again!

Carpet Express is a first rate, professional organization throughout. All aspects of the job are extremely well covered, explained in detail, and no guessing about "hidden extras". We were extremely satisfied with our last buying experience in particular, a whole house carpet and vinyl floor installation. Nick was very helpful with the material selection and mindful of the budget constraints. The end result is a home that we are very proud of. The services here was excellent. I recently won the $500 carpet and was very excited. I had to lay out nothing and was very impressed that they gave me a credit for the amount I did not use. Thank you so much!! I am very happy with the quality of my carpet received. I will be back in the future!

I had a huge great room renovation. My favorite part of all of it is my new carpet. We picked out gorgeous carpet at the Rocky Point store with John's help. Tony, the owner, did the measuring and he couldn't have been more friendly and polite plus he really worked with us... And Walter was our installer. He is an artist as well as a gentleman. I had about 1300 sq. ft. installed and you can not spot one seam.

After almost twenty years, I decided to get a new kitchen floor. I wish to Thank Carpet Express for sending me two very skillful workers, Fred and Anthony. They were pleasant and polite and installed my kitchen flooring in a precise and efficient manner. I am so happy with it. The men even put back all my furniture and left nothing for me to clean up. For the new year my wife and I decided to stain our natural wood floor dark. The thought of sanding and refinishing our wood floor initially concerned me. Our floor by the way is 12 years old. We met with a Carpet Express salesman named Tony. He explained the process to us and put us at ease. They started on time and completed the job within the time frame as promised. My wife and I were additionally impressed with the customer service and the phone calls we received from Tony checking up to make sure we were happy with everything. In the spring we are are considering having our bedroom rug ripped out and having it replaced with a wood floor. We are considering putting in a pre finished wood floor to make the install go faster. I will definitely call Carpet Express and would recommend them 100%

I've dealt with this outfit for many years and I've always been pleased. This time I got new carpet for my den and indoor/outdoor for the porch. This time I needed carpeting with good padding and they helped me with this too. I've found all the people that work in this business very courteous and good at their job. Even after the work is done and you have a question, they're most helpful in solving any problem. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

We became aware of Carpet Express by finding them online when trying to buy a new floor locally and reasonably for our Westhampton Beach shoreline property. The web site made clear they had what we wanted, the second step was to trust their capacity to deliver it in a quality manner. Working with Nick we soon learned that Carpet Express exemplifies professionalism and excellence. The high end floor was installed impeccably in our absence and we are now going back to them for window shades. They know how to listen to what you want and then they do it right.

We just had our most of our home done by Carpet Express. We had tile floors put in our kitchen and foyer and carpeting in our bedrooms, living and dining rooms and stairway. Nicky came and measured our home and explained what would be best for us. He talked us out of a more expensive carpeting to one that made more sense for our life style. It was a big job but we were told what was going to happen each step of the way. Their installers were polite and neat and were a pleasure to have in our home. We have used Carpet Express for more tan 35 years and would not go to anyone else. They are honest and friendly and stand behind their wok. The Mastic community is very fortunate to have store owners like them. Thanks Carpet Express for all my wonderful flooring.

I have been a repeat customer of Carpet Express for several years and will continue to use this family owned and operated business for all my flooring needs. I went into the Mastic store one Sunday evening and the store was about to close, but yet they stayed to help me. I was able to have the carpet installed within three days. It could have been sooner, but we were not ready for the room preparation. Their motto "In stock, install, next day" is completely true. Added to that is the confidence I have in the men who install and measure. I am very particular who comes into my home, and I choose Carpet Express for this reason. Quality of product, honesty, promptness, reliability are the words that come to mind for Carpet Express. The best choice for anyone looking for a reliable company for any flooring needs.

I had my carpet of 20 years replaced by Carpet Express. What a wonderful job they did! Everyone from the salesmen to the installers were polite, courteous and very patient. I love my new carpet thanks to everyone at Carpet Express, Mastic. I now just like to sit in my living room and look at the carpet! I would recommend this establishment to anyone looking for good carpet and excellent installers. Thanks guys!!

Everyone we dealt with a at Carpet Express was extremely friendly and helpful. We had our carpet installed and there was an issue with it that was completely our fault but the guys at Carpet Express did us a huge favor and took care of it. Just wanted to say thanks guys and that I really appreciate it. I don't think many stores would have done the same.

This is the best store for carpet. I have my whole house done by Carpet Express Never Never had a problem. Better than home depot,Hansen carpet.. or any other. My Family has always done business with Carpet Express always Will.

I had my carpet installed by carpet express of Rocky Point, and unfortunately I just was not satisfied with the way the carpet was wearing after 6 months. They were committed to standing behind their product. Not only did they let me come back and pick a different carpet, they told me I could have any carpet reinstalled for free.
Through my 20 years of being a homeowner I have never dealt with a company so eager to please you. Its nice to see that some companies still care what their customers like even after they have your money.

I will never purchase another carpet from anyone other then Carpet Express.

CARPET EXPRESS is a real family bussiness,they made me feel like i was a part of the family.I couldn't believe how comfortable they made me feel.They really took the time to figure out what would be the right quality for my family room.The owners actually help with in the showroom ,they do the measuring and quote the job.The installers,very polite, profession,and they took the garbage with them.
I had no idea that a real mom and pop shop could still exist and compete with the big box stores.They also do custom and commercial work.I asked if they do boats,they responded with about15-20 a year.
I did shop around a little and found people with little education in the field and all they cared about was beating other prices.CARPET EXPRESS is very competitive and its hard to put a price on service.
I would definitely recommend this company, they also give back to the community.SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL COMMUNITY.

Carpet Express is a local business three locations in Suffolk County. They deal with both commercial and residential carpeting.

The store in Mastic has a small showroom and friendly staff. They make you feel comfortable to ask questions and have a wide variety of carpet and flooring to choose from. Carpet Express also offers installation services.

We recently purchased a carpet remnant from them at an extremely reasonable price. Carpet Express is also part of community sponsored events and active in local area issues. This is a great neighborhood business to support.

PROS: Great prices, personable staff, neighborhood store

This is a great independently owned carpet store. They feature all types of flooring at many diferent prices to fit in anyones budget. They have three convenient locations on Long Island, NY--Mastic, Selden and Rocky Point. We recently had some work done in our home by them and it was a job well done. They do both commercial and residential.
