Caring For Cats

I would most certainly refer anyone to Dr. Betsy Arnold or Dr. Debra Hartman at Caring for Cats veterinary. I have been taking my cat Clawdia to them for many years now because I know they are receiving the best care and am never dissatisfied with the experience. The staff is always polite, caring and professional. Dr.'s Arnold and Hartman will answer any questions you may have and are gentle and caring. The prices are extremely reasonable. Caring for Cats is the BEST!! Highly recommended!!

Can't say enough good things about Dr. Arnold and the staff at Caring for Cats. We have four special needs kitties and she is always so kind and helpful with each one. She is always willing to take the time to help us understand the issues involved with their special needs. We've been going to her for years, and when the time came for us to say good bye to one of our older kitties, she was so compassionate, and helped us to know we were making the best, most humane decision. Dr. Betsy Arnold should be sainted- I'm not kidding.

My cats and I had a great experience with this vet. They were professional and kind to my cats and the prices are so much better than any other vet in Rochester. I have already recommended Dr. Arnold to friends and will continue to do so.

I am somewhat perplexed by the individual who gave Caring For cats a poor review. Dr. Arnold and the CFC staff are excellent. They are absolute professionals and her prices are WAY better than anyone else you will find around town. I drive all the way from Penfield to Greece because I save money and I know my cats will be getting the best care. This facility is highly recommended!!

I just got back from an appointment I had with Dr. Arnold and she is amazing. Very kind and willing to work with me on a diet for my kitty. I would definitely recommend her.

This facility has it all great medical attention, grooming, boarding etc. Dr. Arnold and her staff, including clinic kitties are all willing help in anyway possible. If you need any of these this clinic comes highly recommended.

The doctors and staff at Caring for Cats are wonderful! They have saved my cats lives on many occasions. My cats are my babies and everyone there seems to really care about them.

This is a horrible place to go if you want your cat to be treated well. We brought our cat that was very very sick there because someone told us that that was the place to go. Bad choice! The poor kitten had to be put to sleep and they treated her like she was a rag doll. They didn't even let us say goodbye and as we were leaving in tears, they didn't even have the respect to close the door as they were putting her to sleep so everyone in the waiting area including me could hear the poor kitten and what was being done! Do not ever take your cats here! They were even treating other peoples cats horrible and shooing them around the "cat hospital." If you do go there do not let the lady with the red hair take your cat, she is very very insensitive and rude! If you love your cats, do not go here!

Just wanted to say that Caring For Cats has to be the best place I have ever taken make cats to. Dr. Arnold is reasonable with prices and answers any questions you may have. My cat has a urinary track problem which caused him to be hospitalized. If I had taken him anywhere else it would have cost me about $500 and with Dr. Arnold, let's just say she was under $300 and that was for 4 days in the hospital with meds, fluids, and catheter. Thanks to the staff and Dr. Arnold for taking care of my baby.

After years of owning cats and visiting other local veterinarians, Caring For Cats continues to be our favorite. Dr. Arnold is extremely knowledgeable with any problem or illness our cats have experienced, and the staff is helpful and caring. Prices are reasonable and fair, and appointments are kept on schedule with no long waits that I have experienced over the years.

We have started to take our 2 cats to Dr. Arnold, after an aquaintance referred us to her. She is very caring, like the name of her practice. She is not high priced or high pressure. She knows her stuff, as my cat has a medical problem. It is so nice to have finally found a good vet that I can entrust my pets to. Thank-you, Dr. Arnold.

We have taken out cats here for over 13 years. They always do an excellent job and are very reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone. Dr. Betsy really knows her stuff!
