As the Seinfelf Show so appropriately told us, its not the taking of the reservation but the holding of the reservation that counts.

I was visiting my son in the South Bronx where regular taxi service is not avialable so I reserved a car from these yahoos to go to the airport. They insisted that I give them a VISA number so they wouldn't get stuck. The car was due at 4:30 and at 4:35 I called and was told car 47 was "on its way". We called 6 more times only to be put on hold. They then either hung up on us or just never picked the line back up. Finally, when we got quite rude with them (I guess is rudeness is what gets it done with these people so try it right away) and insisted they tell us what was going on, they said the couldn't raise the driver on the radio and they guessed he wasn't coming.

I ended up having to take a gypsy cab in a bad neighborhood. DO NOT USE THIS CAR SERVICE - they are rude and unresponsive.

PS - I only cliced on star because I could not click zero or better yet, negative stars.
